Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

abstrak bahasa indonesia Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan limbahagroindustri melalui suplementasi hidrolisat bulu ayam dan mineral organik dalam ransum sebagai upaya meningkatkan kecernaan sapi;2) mengetahui pengaruh terbaik tingkat pemberian suplementasi hidrolisat bulu ayam dan mineral organik dalam ransum terhadap VFA dan NH3 pada cairan rumen sapi. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Agustus sampai Oktober 2013, bertempat di Kandang Jurusan Peternakan, Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Lampung. Analisis bahan pakan dan VFA serta NH3 dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Makanan Ternak, Jurusan Peternakan. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Bujur Sangkar Latin (RBSL) dengan 3 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. R0 = Ransum Basal, R1 = Ransum basal + 3% hidrolisat bulu ayam, R2 =R1 + Mineral Makro-organik (0,5% Ca organik, 0,04% Mg organik) serta Mineral Mikro-organik (40 ppm Zn organik, 10 ppm Cu organik, 0,10 ppm Se organik, dan 0,30 Cr organik). Data yang diperoleh diuji statistik untuk mengetahui pengaruh perlakuan terhadap peubah yang diamati dengan analisis ragam. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji beda nyata terkecil (BNT) pada taraf nyata 5% dan atau 1%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; suplementasi hidrolisat bulu ayam dan mineral makro organik (0,5% Ca organik, 0,04% Mg organik) serta Mineral Mikro-organik (40 ppm Zn organik, 10 ppm Cu organik, 0,10 ppm Se organik, dan 0,30 Cr organik) berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05)terhadap VFA dan NH3 pada cairan rumen sapi. abstrak bahasa inggris This study aimed: 1) to optimalize the using of agroindustry by product through the hidrolyzed poultry feather and organic mineral supplementation in ration to increase the digestion of cows; 2) to determine the best effect of hidrolyzed poultry feather and organic mineral supplementation level to VFA and NH3 value in rumen liquid of cows. This study was conducted in August until October 2013 located in the Stall of Animal Husbandry Department, Faculty of Agriculture Lampung University. The analysis of feed stuff, VFA and NH3 was conducted in Laboratory of Animal Feed, Animal Husbandry Department. This study used Latin Square Design with 3 treatments and 3 replications. R0 = Bassal Ration, R1 = Bassal Ration + 3% hidrolyzed poultry feather, R2 = R1 + macro-organic Mineral (0,5% organic Ca, 0,04% organic Mg) and macro-organic Mineral (40 ppm organic Zn, 10 ppm organic Cu, 0,10 ppm organic Se, dan 0,30 organic Cr). Data obtained was statistically tested to determine the effect of treatments to the variables observed by variance analysis. Then, it was continued by using Least Significance Difference on significant level of 5% and or 1%. The result of this study showed that: the hidrolyzed poultry feather and macro-organic mineral supplementation (0,5% organic Ca, 0,04% organic Mg) and macro-organic Mineral (40 ppm organic Zn, 10 ppm organic Cu, 0,10 ppm organic Se, dan 0,30 organic Cr) were significantly different (P>0,05) to VFA and NH3 value in rumen liquid of cows.
