Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

PT Kharisma Proteindo Utama 3 adalah perusahaan yang menjual ayam potong. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah menumpuknya bahan baku untuk melakukan proses produksi sehingga banyak modal tertanam hanya untuk persediaan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu system informasi yang diharapkan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan bahan baku dapat dilakukan dengan tepat dan penentuan biaya persediaannya dapat ditetapkan seoptimal mungkin yaitu melalui penerapan Material Requiremnt Planning. Peramalan permintaan dilakukan untuk mengetahui Jadwal Produksi Induk, dari hasil peneilitan menggunakan metode Moving Average dan Eksponential Smoothing, diketahui hasil peramalan permintaan yang nilai MAD nya terkecil adalah menggunakan metode Eksponential Smoothing yaitu 141.254 ekor untuk bulan Januari 2017 dan 136.075 ekor untuk bulan Februari 2017. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa penerapan metode Lot Sizing untuk setiap bahan baku Ayam Broiler yang menghasilkan biaya persediaan terkecil tergantung pada harga dan banyaknya bahan baku tersebut. Metode Looting yang menghasilkan biaya persedian paling minimum untuk pakan adalah Lot for Lot, Vitamin Fixed Period Requirement, Obat-obatan Fixed Order Quantity, dan Vaksin Fixed Period Requirement. Kata Kunci: Lot Sizing, MRP, Ramalan Permintaan ABSTRACT PT Kharisma Proteindo Utama 3 is a company that sells chicken pieces. The problem in this research is the accumulation of raw materials for the production process so that more capital is embedded only for supplies. Therefore we need an information system that is expected to meet the raw material needs can be done properly and determine inventory costs can be defined as optimal as possible items, namely through the application of forecasting Material Requirement Planning. Demand forecasting was conducted to determine the Master Production Schedule, results of research using the average method and exponential smoothing, the result is known that the demand forecasting smallest MAD move is exponential smoothing method that is 141.254 piece for the month of January 2017 and 136.075 piece for February 2017. From that the research results can be concluded that the application of the method for each raw Lot Sizing Broiler Chickens material that produces the smallest inventory costs depend on the price and a lot of raw materials. Method of producing the minimum inventory cost for feed Lot for Lot looting, Vitamin Fixed Period Requirement, Drugs Fixed Order Quantity and Fixed Period Requirement vaccine.
