Kata Kunci : Pirolisis, Non ishothermal, Katalis, Sampah perkotaan ABSTRACT Non-isothermal pyrolysis test had conducted on municipal waste that used natural catalyst. The waste is enterenced into the reactor and added catalysts with various waste ratio of raw material. The raw material was heated at 400 °C for 60 minutes. During heating the pressure inside the reactor is retained in other toavoid gasleakage from the pyrolysis. After the heatin is finished, the output valve is opened and the pyrolysis gas is condensed for bio-oil. At the temperature of 400 °C, the highest yield of bio-oil products was 33.6 wt% used kaolin ratio of 1: ½. The biooil product obtained was increased rather than the pyrolysis of isothermal process without using a catalyst of 13.2 wt%. When the temperature of the pyrolysis catalyzed nature is descended up to 300 °C then the liquid product is obtained at 22.8 wt%. The result of GCMS test showed that gasoline fraction dominates the result of non-ishothermal pyrolysis bio-oil product by using catalyst which is 69,82%, when using kaolin catalyst with ratio 1: ½. Meanwhile, heavy weight fraction is not available in bio oil product. This shows that adding a catalyst to a non-ishothermal pyrolysis process will increase the yield of bio-oil products when compared to non-ishothermal pyrolysis in both quality and quantity.
