Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Pembangunan yang belum sepenuhnya terwujud di Desa Sribhawono merupakan akses jalan raya yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat, namun pemerintah desa tidak memprioritaskan kebutuhan yang paling penting. Pemerintah desa juga kurang melibatkan masyarakat dalam setiap kebijakan pembangunan yang dilakukan. Kerusakan jalan tersebut menghambat akses perekonomian masyarakat setempat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Akuntabilitas Kepala Desa dalam Pembangunan Fisik Desa Sribhawono Kecamatan Bandar Sribhawono Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode deskriptif kualitatif. Akuntabilitas kepala Desa Sribhawono belum sepenuhnya akuntabel sebab masih banyak pembangunan non partisipatif, dikarenakan hanya menguntungkan segolongan kecil masyarakat dan tidak menguntungkan rakyat banyak. Pembangunan meskipun dimaksudkan menguntungkan rakyat, tetapi banyak yang kurang memahami maksud itu. efek yang terlihat jelas adalah Kurang tepatnya pembangunan yang dilakukan aparat pemerintah Desa Sribahwono lakukan, sebab pembangunan yang dilaksanakan kurang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat dikarenakan Pemerintah Sribhawono kurang terbuka kepada masyarakat dan hanya menerima segelintir pendapat dari beberapa warga masyarakat, sehingga pembangunan hanya menguntungkan beberapa pihak tertentu saja. Kata Kunci : Pembangunan, Akuntabilitas, Kepala Desa ACCOUNTABILITY OF THE VILLAGE CHIEF IN SRIBHAWONO VILLAGE SUB-DISTRICT PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT OF BANDAR SRIBHAWONO REGENCY EAST SRIBHAWONO The development has not been fully realized in the village of Sribhawono is a freeway that is urgently needed by the people of the village, but the Government is not prioritizing the most important needs. The Government of the village are also less involving communities in any development policy. Damage to the roads hinder access to local community economy. The purpose of this research is to know the accountability of the village chief in the village of Sribhawono sub-district of physical development of Bandar Sribhawono Regency East Sribhawono. While the methods used in this research is qualitative, descriptive methods. Accountability the village head Sribhawono not fully accountable because there are still many development non participatory, because only benefits a small group of society and not profitable. Although development intended benefit people, but much less understand it. the effect is Less evident precisely development conducted Sribahwono Village government apparatus do for development implemented less needed by the community due to Government Sribhawono less open to the community and only received a handful of opinions from some of the citizens, so that development only benefits certain parties only.
