Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Teknik Audit Berbantuan Komputer (TABK) dengan aplikasi AutoCAD dapat diterima dan diterapkan pada auditor Perwakilan BPKP dalam menjalankan kegiatan pengawasan sebagai salah satu inovasi alat bantu bagi auditor BPKP. Penelitian ini diukur dari perspekstif harapan kinerja, harapan usaha, pengaruh sosial, kondisi yang mempermudah, niat perilaku, dan perilaku penggunaan dalam model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Jumlah sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 116 orang yang berasal dari 28 unit kerja Perwakilan BPKP. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada auditor secara manual dan online. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diketahui bahwa TABK dengan aplikasi AutoCAD dapat mendukung kegiatan pengawasan atas proyek-proyek jasa konstruksi yang menjadi objek pemeriksaan BPKP. Selain itu, Penggunaan TABK dengan aplikasi AutoCAD ini dapat menjadi salah satu inovasi alat bantu audit. Penggunaan alat bantu yang andal dengan aplikasi AutoCAD diharapkan akan memberikan keyakinan yang memadai terhadap bukti audit/ reviu sehingga kualitas hasil audit meningkat. Kata kunci: TABK, AutoCAD, audit jasa konstruksi, UTAUT abstract This research aims to discover to which extent the Computer Assisted Audit Technique (CAAT) with AutoCAD application can be accepted and applied by auditors working in representative of BPKP in carrying out their supervisory function as one of innovation tool for BPKP auditors. This study uses perspective of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, behavioral intentions, and use behavior in the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model as a measure. The number of samples researched is as many as 116 people from 28 representative of BPKP. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to the auditors manually and digitally. Data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. This research concludes that CAAT with AutoCAD application can support supervisory function on construction service projects audited or reviewed by BPKP. The use of CAAT with AutoCAD applications can also be an innovative audit tool. Use of AutoCAD applications as a reliable audit tool is expected to provide adequate confidence in audit evidence so that the quality of the audit increases.
