Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Pada kelompok adat Lampung Pepadun terdapat tradisi acara pengangkatan anak secara adat. Sebuah perkumpulan tidak hanya melibatkan dua orang untuk berkomunikasi, melainkan lebih dari dua orang sehingga dibutuhkan jaringan komunikasi yang membentuk sebuah pola dan komunikasi yang terjadi pada masyarakat etnik Lampung Pepadun tersebut. Tujuan dari adanya penelitian ini sendiri yaitu untuk menemukan, menjelaskan dan menganalisis bagaimana bentuk pola komunikasi dan jaringan seorang peyimbang serta batasannya dengan anggota keluarganya yang menyandang status pada pengangkatan anak secara adat, khususnya adat Lampung Pepadun. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan tipe penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Informan penelitian ini berjumlah lima (5) orang yang merupakan tokoh-tokoh yang mengetahui prosesi pengangkatan anak dalam kelompok adat Lampung Pepadun. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teori Jaringan dan juga Teori Pengorganisasian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jaringan Komunikasi yang terjadi dalam proses pengangkatan anak dalam kelompok adat Lampung Pepadun berbentuk: (1) Sayap Pesawat, (2) Persegi, (3) Layang-Layang, (4) Tenda, dan (5) Kerucut Kata kunci: Adat Pepadun, Pengangkatan Anak, Pola dan Jaringan Komunikasi. ABSTRACT In Ethnic Society of Lampung Pepadun there is a tradition of adoption event in ethnic way. In a society not only involves two people to communicate, but rather more than two people so that it takes the form of a communication network and communication patterns that occur on the ethnic society of Lampung Pepadun. The purpose of the study itself i.e. to find, to describe and to analyze how the shape of the patterns of communication of peyimbang as well as the limit of a network with members of his family who bear the status of adoption in ethnic, particularly in ethnic society of Lampung Pepadun. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative type research with a descriptive approach. Informant in this research amounted to five (5) people that are the peoples who know the procession of the adoption in ethnic society of Lampung Pepadun. The theory used in this research is the Theory of Networks and also Organizing Theory. The results of this research shows that the shape of network of communication that occur in the process of adoption in ethnic society of Lampung Pepadun i.e.: (1) Wings, (2) Rectangle, (3) Kite, (4) Tent, and (5) Cone. Keywords: Ethnic Pepadun, Adoption, Patterns and Communications Network.
