Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukan model pendidikan karakter efektif. Informan ditentukan dengan purposif sampling dan snowball sampling. Obyek penelitian adalah model pendidikan karakter di lembaga pengelola sekolah dasar formal dan pesantren. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan interview, observasi dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas dengan triangulasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan cyclical analisis melalui pengumpulan, reduksi, penyajian dan penyimpulan data. Hasil penelitian adalah Triden Education Models (TEM), yaitu model pendidikan karakter yang terbentuk melalui kerjasama tiga elemen pendidikan yaitu pesantren, sekolah dan majelis ta’lim. Efektifitas TEM terbukti bahwa internalisasi konsep nilai-nilai karakter melalui pembelajaran, pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan serta lingkungan berhasil membentuk karakter trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring and citizenship peserta didik. Kata kunci : efektif, karakter, model pendidikan. ABSTRACT This study aims to find effective character education model. Informants were determined by purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Research object is character education model in formal elementary school management institution and pesantren. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Test validity uses triangulation. Data analysis techniques use cyclical analysis through the collection, reduction, presentation and inference of data. The result of the research is Trident Education Models (TEM), it is character education model which is formed through the cooperation of three elements of education namely pesantren, school and ta'lim assembly. The effectiveness of TEM proved that the internalization of the concept of character values through learning, educators and educational staff and the environment managed to shape the character of trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring and citizenship of learners.
