Dewan Pimpinan Daerah Partai Golkar Provinsi Lampung merupakan partai politik dengan sumber daya manusia yang banyak dengan kwalitas yang baik, hal ini dibuktikan dengan banyaknya kader Partai Golkar di Provinsi Lampung yang menduduki posisi strategis di legislatif maupun eksekutif baik tingkat daerah maupun tingkat pusat. Pemilukada tahun 2017 merupakan tantangan Partai Golkar Provinsi Lampung dalam merebut kemenangan dalam Pemilukada yang di selenggarakan di Provinsi Lampung dan melakukan integrasi pasca konflik yang terjadi di internal Partai Golkar Provinsi Lampung. Berkenaan dengan permasalahan tersebut, maka penelitian di tunjukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi integrasi di DPD Partai Golkar Provinsi Lampung Pasca konflik dalam rangka suksesi Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Tahun 2017. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan metode kwalitatif deskriftif dengan jenis data yang di gunakan menggunakan data primer dan data skunder yang diperoleh dengan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi dalam integrasi Dewan Pimpinan Daerah Partai Golkar Provinsi Lampung Tahun 2017 tidak berjalan melalui konsep integrasi, hal ini dikarenakan keputusan terpusat yang bersifat sentralistik sangat mendominasi keputusan yang di ambil oleh Dewan Pimpinan Daerah Partai Golkar Provinsi Lampung. Kata kunci : Strategi, Integrasi dan Pemilihan Umum Kepala Daerah Integration Strategy of Dewan Regional Leader of Golkar Party Post- Conflict Province in the Framework of Succession of Regional Head Election Year 2017 Golkar Provincial Leadership Board of Lampung Province is a political party with a lot of human resources with good quality, this is evidenced by the number of Golkar Party cadres in Lampung Province who occupy strategic positions in the legislative and executive both local and central levels. With great potential it is not impossible to make Golkar Party as a Party that often experience conflict. Pemilukada 2017 is a challenge Golkar Party of Lampung Province in winning the election in Lampung held in Lampung Province and post-conflict integration that occurred in the internal Golkar Party of Lampung Province. With regard to these problems, the research is shown to know how the integration strategy in the DPD Golkar Party Lampung Province Post conflict in the context of succession of Regional Head Election Year 2017. The research method used using qualitative method descriptive with the type of data in use using primary data and Secondary data obtained by interview method, observation and documentation. The results showed that the strategy in the integration of the Golkar Party Leadership Council of Lampung Province in 2017 did not go through the concept of integration, this is because centralized decision which is very centralistic dominate the decision taken by the Regional Golkar Party Leadership of Lampung Province.
