Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, pelatihan dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja pelayanan Kepala Urusan (KAUR) di Desa baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama. Adapun tipe penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 42 orang yang memiiki karakteristik berpendidikan dan memiliki ijazah, telah mengikuti pelatihan dan memiliki pengalamn kerja dibidang pemerintahan, dengan pengukuran kinerja menggunakan indikator tangibless, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan emphaty. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert dan sebagai kelengkapan data digunakan dokumen yang ada di desa.. Hasil penelitian secara sendiri-sendiri menunjukan bahwa pengaruh variabel tingkat pendidikan (X1) terhadap variabel kinerja (Y) adalah sebesar 19,8% artinya setiap ada kenaikan tingkat pendidikan akan mempengaruhi kinerja sebesar 19,8%, sedangkan pengaruh variabel pelatihan (X2) terhadap variabel kinerja (Y) adalah sebesar 20,3%, artinya setiap mengkuti pelatihan akan mempengaruhi kinerja sebesar 20,3% dan pengaruh variabel pengalaman kerja (X3) terhadap variabel kinerja (Y) 39,5%, artinya setiap bertambahnya pengalaman akan mempengaruhi kinerja sebesar 39,5%. Selanjutnya pengaruh variabel tingkat pendidikan, pelatihan dan pengalaman kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pelayanan Kepala Urusan (KAUR) di desa adalah 52,7% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain. Hasil ini menunjukan ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja Kepala Urusan (KAUR) di Desa. The type of research used in this study is the method of quantitative survey research. The population in this study 42 people who have characteristics of educated and have a diploma, have followed the training and have experience in the field of government, with performance measurements using tangibless indicators, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty. Data collection techniques using questionnaires with Likert scale and as the completeness of the data used the existing documents in the village. The results of individual studies showed that the influence of education level variables (X1) to the performance variable (Y) is 19.8% means that there is the increase of education level will affect the performance of 19.8%, while the influence of training variables (X2) on the performance variable (Y) is 20.3%, meaning that each training will affect the performance of 20.3% and the influence of work experience variables (X3) to the performance variable (Y) 39.5%, meaning that any increase in experience will affect the performance of 39.5%. Furthermore, the influence of variables of education level, training and work experience collectively on service performance Head of Affairs in the village is 52.7% while the rest is influenced by other factors.
