Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Latar Belakang: Kanker serviks merupakan jenis kanker kedua terbanyak yang dialami wanita di seluruh dunia dan paling banyak terdapat di Amerika Latin dan negara berkembang seperti di Indonesia. Dampak yang terjadi pada penderita kanker serviks salah satunya dapat menyebabkan masalah depresi pada penderita. Keadaan depresi akan diatasi pasien dengan adanya menggunakan mekanisme koping berdasarkan sumber informasi di sekitar. Sumber koping yang penting bagi pasien adalah pengetahuan dan dukungan sosial keluarga. Tujuan: penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan dukungan keluarga terhadap tingkat depresi pada pasien kanker serviks di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung tahun 2016. Metode : Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey analitik dengan pendekatan waktu cross sectional. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan didapatkan sampel sebanyak 24 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji chi square dengan alpha 0,05. Hasil : Hasil penelitian didapatkan ada hubungan bermakna antara pengetahuan dengan tingkat depresi pasien kanker serviks diperoleh nilai p = 0,014 dan ada hubungan bermakna antara dukungan keluarga dengan tingkat depresi pasien kanker serviks diperoleh nilai p = 0,023. Kesimpulan : Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan bermakna antara pengetahuan dan dukungan keluarga dengan tingkat depresi pasien kanker serviks di Ruang Delima RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung tahun 2016. Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan, Dukungan Keluarga, Tingkat Depresi abstract Background: Cervical cancer is the second most types of cancer experienced by women around the world and are most numerous in Latin America and developing countries such as Indonesia. The impact that occurs in patients with cervical cancer one of which can cause problems in people with depression. Depression will be overcome by their patients use coping mechanisms based on the resources around. Source coping is important for the patient is the knowledge and family support. Objective: The study was to determine the related knowledge and family support for the level of depression in patients with cervical cancer at the Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung Hospital in 2016 Method: The study is analytic survey with cross sectional approach. The sampling method using purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 24 respondents. The study uses chi square test with an alpha of 0.05. Results: Results research showed a significant relationship between knowledge with the depressed levels of cervical cancer patients were obtained by value p = 0.014 and there was a significant relationship between family support with the depressed levels of cervical cancer patients were obtained value of p = 0.023. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship knowledge and family support for the level of depression in patients with cervical cancer at the Dr. H.
