Abstrak

ABSTRAK PRARANCANGAN PABRIK SODIUM NITRATE DARI ASAM NITRAT DAN SODIUM HYROXIDE KAPASITAS 40.000 TON/TAHUN (Perancangan Reaktor (RE-201)) Oleh RIZKA AIDILA FITRIANA Pabrik Sodium Nitrate berbahan baku asam nitrat dan sodium hyroxide, direncanakan didirikan di Cilegon, Banten. Pendiriaan pabrik berdasarkan atas pertimbangan ketersediaan bahan baku, sarana transportasi yang memadai, tenaga kerja yang mudah didapatkan dan kondisi lingkungan. Pabrik direncanakan memproduksi sodium nitrate sebanyak 40.000 ton/tahun, dengan waktu operasi 24 jam/hari, 330 hari/tahun. Bahan baku yang digunakan adalah asam nitrat sebanyak 4.118,7209 kg/jam dan sodium hyroxide sebanyak 2.376,2622 kg/jam. Penyediaan kebutuhan utilitas pabrik terdiri dari unit pengadaan air, pengadaan steam, pengadaan udara instrument, pengadaan listrik, pengadaan refrigerant. Bentuk perusahaan adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) menggunakan struktur organisasi line dan staff dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 161 orang. Dari analisis ekonomi diperoleh: Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp. 310.717.306.762,- Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp. 54.832.465.899,- Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp. 365.549.772.662,- Rp 431.937.713.768 ,- Break Even Point (BEP) = 35,92 % Shut Down Point (SDP) = 20,80 % Pay Out Time before taxes Pay Out Time after taxes Return on Investment before taxes (POT)b (POT)a (ROI)b === 2,52 tahun 3,16 tahun 32,92% Return on Investment after taxes (ROI)a = 26,01% Discounted cash flow (DCF) = 28,75% Mempertimbangkan paparan di atas, sudah selayaknya pendirian pabrik Sodium Nitrate ini dikaji lebih lanjut, karena merupakan pabrik yang menguntungkan dan mempunyai masa depan yang baik. ABSTRACT MANUFACTURING OF SODIUM NITRATE FROM NITRIC ACID AND SODIUM HYDROXIDE WITH CAPACITY 40.000 TONS/YEAR (Design of Reactor (RE-201)) By RIZKA AIDILA FITRIANA Sodium Nitrate plant with raw materials, nitric acid and sodium hydroxide is planned to be built in Cilegon, Banten. Establishment of this plant is based on some consideration due to the raw material resourcess, the transportation, the labors availability and also the environmental condition. This plant is meant to produce 40,000 tons/year with 330 working days in a year. The raw materials used consist of 4,118.7209 kg/hour of nitric acid and 2,376.2622 kg/hour of sodium hydroxide. The utility units consist of water supply system, steam supply system, instrument air supply system, power generation system, refrigerant supply system. The bussines entity form is Limited Liability Company (Ltd) using line and staff organizational structure with 161 labors. From the economic analysis, it is obtained that: Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp 310,717,306,762,- Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp 54,832,465,899,- Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp 365,549,772,662,- Rp 431.937.713.768 ,- Break Even Point (BEP) = 35.92% Shut Down Point (SDP) = 20.80% Pay Out Time before taxes Pay Out Time after taxes Return on Investment before taxes (POT)b (POT)a (ROI)b === 2.52 years 3.16 years 32.92% Return on Investment after taxes (ROI)a = 26.01% Discounted cash flow (DCF) = 28.75% Considering the summary above, it is proper to study the establishment of sodium nitrate plant further, because the plant is profitable and has good prospects.
