Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Human Immune Deficiency Virus (HIV) merupakan sebuah virus yang secara jelas menyerang dan kemudian melemahkan daya tahan tubuh manusia. AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) atau dengan kata lain dapat dikatakan bahwa AIDS merupakan sekumpulan gejala penyakit yang timbul karena menurunnya sistem kekebalan tubuh manusia yang diakibatkan oleh HIV. Perempuan positif HIV/AIDS biasanya disebut dengan ODHA (Orang Dengan HIV/AIDS). Biasanya penyakit ini dipandang sebagai aib keluarga, sehingga orang yang terinfeksi HIV/ AIDS harus dirahasiakan dan tidak dirawat di rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana peran motivasi pada komunitas Ikatan Perempuan Positif Indonesia (IPPI). Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teori Pencapaian Kelompok dan Teori Hirarki Kebutuhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi yang di lihat dari kelima kebutuhan Abraham Maslow yang paling berperan di komunitas Ikatan Perempuan Positif Indonesia (IPPI) hanya ada tiga kebutuhan yaitu kebutuhan rasa aman, kebutuhan sosial dan kebutuhan penghargaan. Sedangkan kebutuhan fisiologis dan aktualisasi diri hanya sedikit berperan. Kata Kunci : HIV, AIDS, Perempuan ODHA, Motivasi ABSTRACT Human Immune Deficiency Virus (HIV) is a virus that explicitly attacks and then weakens the human immune system. AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) is a collection of symptoms from the disease that arises due to the decreased in the human immune system caused by HIV. Woman who has HIV / AIDS are usually called ODHA (Orang Dengan HIV/AIDS). Usually, this disease is seen as a family disgrace, so the people who got infected by it should be kept confidential and not treated at home. This research aims to describe the role of motivation in the community of Ikatan Perempuan Positif Indonesia (IPPI). The theory that this research use are the Theory of Group Achievement and Hierarchy of Needs Theory. This research use qualitative research methods. The results of this research indicate that out of five needs of motivation from Abraham Maslow's view only three needs of motivation have the role in the community of Ikatan Perempuan Positif Indonesia (IPPI) which are the need for security, social needs and the need for reward. While the other two, physiological needs and self-actualization needs, only have a little role. Key Words: HIV, AIDS, ODHA’s Woman, Motivation
