Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Kota Bandar Lampung merupakan kota yang sedang berkembang, perkembangan ini diiringi dengan perkembangan mobilitas penduduk. Mobilitas yang tinggi dapat menimbulkan permasalahan transportasi. Diduga perjalanan anak sekolah merupakan penyebab kemacetan di Kota Bandar Lampung, khususnya pagi dan sore hari. Kemacetan dapat dilihat dari kondisi perjalanan di suatu sekolah yang dipenuhi kendaraan pribadi. Terkait dengan hal tersebut maka perlu dikaji seberapa besar konstribusi perjalanan anak sekolah terhadap perilaku perjalanan di Kota Bandar Lampung. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui potensi bangkitan yang dilakukan siswa SMA Swasta di Bandar Lampung serta faktor yang mempengaruhi bangkitan perjalanan menggunakan metode tabulasi silang. Hasil studi menunjukkan potensi pergerakan yang ditimbulkan oleh aktivitas siswa rata-rata perhari peranak adalah sebesar 2,66 perjalanan untuk SMA yang belum menjalankan program full day school, sedangkan 2,44 perjalanan untuk SMA yang sudah menjalankan program full day school. Faktor yang mempengaruhi bangkitan tersebut antara lain belajar, bimbel/les, berbelanja, makan, olah raga, bermain/sosial, dan lain-lain. Kata Kunci: Karakteristik Perilaku Perjalanan, Pelajar SMA Swasta, Bangkitan Perjalanan. ABSTRACT Bandar Lampung is a developing city, thus this development is also accompanied by the development of population mobility. High mobility can cause transportation problems. Allegedly the journey of students cause of traffic congestion in Bandar Lampung, especially in the morning and in the afternoon. Traffic congestion can be seen from the conditions of travel in the school which is filled with private vehicles. Related to this matter, it is necessary to study how big the contribution of student’s trip to travel behavior in Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this research is to know the potential of the trip generation of private high school students in Bandar Lampung and the factors that influence the trip generation using cross tabulation method. The results of the study show that the potential of movement caused by the average student activity per day is 2.66 trips for high schools which have not conducted full day school program, while there are 2.44 trips for high school which have conducted full day school program. Factors that affect the trip generation include learning activity, guidance / tutoring, shopping, going lunch, playing sports, hanging out, and others.
