Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja nilai perusahaan, aktivitas, pertumbuhan, likuiditas, dan pengaruh aktivitas perusahaan (account receivable turnover dan inventory turnover) dan pertumbuhan perusahaan (growth sales) terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan likuiditas (current ratio) sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan pertambangan sektor batubara tahun 2012-2016 di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diperoleh sebanyak 15 perusahaan pertambangan sektor batubara dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Multiple Moderated Regression Analysis (MMRA) dengan tingkat signifikan alpha 5%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kemampuan variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 36.5% yang artinya variabel bebas (Arto, Into, GS, CR) hanya dapat menjelaskan sebesar 36.5% terhadap nilai perusahaan dan 63.5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial account receivable turnover tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan inventory turnover berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan pertumbuhan tidak berpengaruh terhdap nilai perusahaan. Hasil uji moderasi pada penelitian ini adalah likuiditas tidak memoderasi aktivitas perusahaan dan pertumbuhan perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Perputaran Piutang, Perputaran Persediaan, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, Nilai Perusahaan, Likuiditas. ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the performance of company core values, activity, sales growth, liquidity, and the influence of corporate activity (account receivable turnover and inventory turnover) and growth of the company (sales growth) towards the company core values. This research applied liquidity (current ratio) as moderation variable. The population in this research consisted of all mining companies of coal sector period of 2012-2016 listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this research was obtained by using purposive sampling method on 15 coal mining companies. The analysis technique was conducted by means of Multiple Moderated Regression Analysis (MMRA) with significant level of alpha 5%. The results of this research showed that the ability to explain independent on dependent variables was 36.5% which means that the independent variables (Arto, Into, GS, CR) could only explain by 36.5% to the core values and the remaining 63.5% was influenced by other factors. The result of T test showed that partially, the activity of account receivable turnover has no influence on the company core values, while the activity of inventory turnover has a positive influence on the company core values, and the sales growth has no positive influence on the company core values. The results of Multiple Moderated Regression Analysis (MMRA) in this research showed that liquidity did not moderate the corporate activity and the sales growth towards the company core values.
