Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan bidang yang memiliki peran potensial untuk membantu pertumbuhan perekonomian nasional. Di Provinsi Lampung, UMKM merupakan salah satu pelaku utama yang mendorong roda perekonomian. Beberapa stakeholder yang terlibat dalam kegiatan UMKM yaitu pelaku UMKM, pelanggan UMKM, dan instansi pemerintah. Pelaku UMKM dan pelanggan UMKM mengalami kesulitan dalam mendapatkan informasi yang mereka butuhkan. Sedangkan pemerintah mengalami kesulitan dalam mengumpulkan data UMKM. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut diperlukan suatu sarana penunjang yang mampu meningkatkan efektivitas tentang pengumpulan informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh semua stakeholder. Sarana penunjang tersebut adalah sistem informasi geografis yang memungkinkan dapat diakses dari berbagai device. Untuk mengembangkan sistem diperlukan analisis terhadap kelayakan dari sistem yang telah direncanakan, sehingga nantinya sistem yang dikembangkan dapat sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan TELOS (Technical, Economic, Legal, Operational, Schedule). Tujuan dari studi kelayakan adalah untuk menilai apakah proyek layak atau tidak layak untuk dilanjutkan. Hasil analisis diambil berdasarkan jawaban pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang diajukan untuk menilai kelayakan sistem menggunakan pendekatan TELOS (Technical, Economic, Legal, Operational, Schedule (Technical, Economic, Legal, Operational, Schedule). Kesimpulannya, proyek pengembangan Sistem Pemetaan Sebaran UMKM Berbasis SIG layak untuk dilanjutkan. Kata Kunci: sistem informasi geografis, telos, usaha mikro kecil, dan menengah, studi kelayakan, abstract Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) is a field which has a potential role to help national economic growth. In Lampung Province, MSME is one of the main actor that drive the economy. There are several stakeholders involved in MSME activities such as perpetrators of MSME, MSME customers, and government institutions. The perpetrators of MSME and MSME customers have difficulty in getting the information they need. While the government has difficulty in collecting data of MSME. Based on those problems, it requires a supporting facility that can improve the effectiveness of the collection of information needed by all stakeholders. The supporting facility is a geographic information system that allows it to be accessed from various devices. To develop a system required analysis of the feasibility of the system that has been planned, so that developed system can be in accordance with user needs. The analysis is done by using TELOS (Technical, Economic, Legal, Operational, Schedule). The purpose of the feasibility study is to assess whether the project is feasible or not to proceed. The results of the analysis are based on the answers to the questions asked to assess the feasibility of the system using TELOS (Technical, Economic, Legal, Operational, Schedule). In conclusion, the development of Mapping System of MSME with Geographic Information System-Basis is feasible to be continued.
