Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman praktik kerja industri, kemampuan soft skill, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja melalui minat kerja siswa SMK Negeri 1 Terusan Nunyai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuisioner kepada 77 siswa. Analisis data menggunakan path analysis dan diolah dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pengaruh pengalaman praktik kerja industri, kemampuan soft skill, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja melalui minat kerja siswa SMK Negeri 1 Terusan Nunyai dengan kadar determinasi 0,670 atau 67%. Kata kunci: praktik kerja industri, soft skill, motivasi kerja, minat kerja dan kesiapan kerja. The objective of the research was to find out the effect experience industrial practice, the ability of soft skill, and work motivation toward working readiness through work interest at SMK Negeri 1 Terusan Nunyai. This research used descriptive verificative design by approaching expostfacto and survey. The data collecting tehnique was used by distributing questionnaire to the 77 students. The data analysis showed path analysis and was managed by SPSS program. The result showed that there is an effect of experience industrial practice, the ability of soft skill, work motivation toward working readiness through work interest at SMK Negeri 1 Terusan Nunyai with the level of determination 0,670.
