Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran tematik kelas IV (empat) SD Negeri 33 Gedong Tataan Pesawaran Lampung. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa asik bermain ketika guru menyampaikan materi, siswa tidak mengerjakan tugas dengan sungguh - sungguh, siswa malas menjawab pertanyaan atau bertanya dalam pembelajaran, rendahnya hasil belajar siswa ditandai dengan besarnya jumlah siswa yang belum mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) di kelas IV SD Negeri 33 Gedong Tataan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 33 Gedong Tataan. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu 30 siswa dengan teknik sampling dengan proportionate stratified random sampling. Instrumen utama yang digunakan adalah angket, data di analisis dengan menggunakan rumus uji regresi linier berganda, dari pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulk an terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi, motivasi kekuasaan, motivasi afiliasi secara bersama -sama terhadap hasil belajar. Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Pembelajaran Tematik, Motivasi abstract This research aim to purpose to know how big the influence of Mc.Clelland motivation on the student’s learning outcomes in the thematic lesson.The problem in this research is the cool students play when the teacher deliver the material, the students do not do the job seriously, the students are lazy to answer the question or ask in the learning, the low result of student learning is marked by the large number of students who have not reached the minimum mastery criteria (KKM) in class IV SD Negeri 33 Gedong Tataan. this research is a quantitative research. population in this research is all fourth grade students of SD Negeri 33 Gedong Tataan, sample in this research is 30 student with sampling technique with proportionate stratified random sampling. the main instrument used is questionnaire questionnaire, the data in the analysis by using multiple linear regression test formula, from hypothesis testing can be concluded there is a significant influence between achievement motivation, power motivation, affiliate motivation together to the learning outcomes.
