Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara Pengaruh Budaya Kerja, Ketersediaan Sarana dan Prasarana Pendidikan, dan Pengalaman Kerja terhadap Kompetensi Profesional Guru SMK Negeri Se Kabupaten Way Kanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini seluruh guru SMK Negeri yang berada di Kabupaten Way Kanan yang berjumlah 100 guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yang dilakukan secara empiris serta tidak ada manipulasi (ex post facto). Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh meliputi pengaruh budaya kerja, ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana serta pengalaman kerja terhadap kompetensi profesional guru. Pengaruh budaya kerja guru berada pada kategori cukup baik. Ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana serta pengalaman kerja memberikan pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kompetensi profesional guru. Kata kunci: budaya kerja, sarana dan prasarana, pengalaman kerja dan kompetensi profesional guru This study aims to analyze the relationship between the Effect of Work Culture, Availability of Facilities and Education Infrastructure, and Work Experience on Professional Teacher Competence SMK Negeri Se Kabupaten Way Kanan. This research uses quantitative descriptive approach. The sample used in this study is all teachers of SMK Negeri located in Way Kanan District, amounting to 100 teachers. The type of this research is quantitative which is done empirically and there is no manipulation (ex post facto). The results of the research include the influence of work culture, the availability of facilities and infrastructure and work experience on the professional competence of teachers. The influence of teacher work culture in the category is quite good. The availability of facilities and infrastructure as well as work experience has a significant positive impact on teacher professional competence.
