Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh efektivitas sekolah di SD Negeri Kecamatan Rajabasa Bandar Lampung yang belum efektip. Peneletian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh posistif signifikan kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah, iklim sekolah dan profesionalisme guru terhadap efektivitas sekolah di SD Negeri Kecamatan Rajabasa Bandar Lampung. Jenis Penelitian ini ex post facto dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi penelitian adalah guru pada SD Negeri Kecamatan Raja Basa Bandar Lampung. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah , iklim sekolah dan profesionalisme guru berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efektivitas sekolah di SD Negeri Kecamatan Rajabasa Bandar Lampung baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hal ini bermakna jika kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah, iklim sekolah, profesionalisme guru meningkat, maka efektivitas sekolah di SD Negeri Kecamatan Rajabasa Bandar Lampung juga akan meningkat. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Manajerial, Iklim, Profesionalisme, Efektifvitas Sekolah abstract This study was conducted because the school effectiveness in public elementary schools at Rajabasa sub-district of Bandar Lampung is not effective yet. This study is aimed to analyze and find out the positive and significant effects of the principal managerial competence, school climate, and teachers professionalism to school effectiveness in all public elementary schools at Rajabasa sub-district of Bandar Lampung. The type of study is ex post facto combined with the quantitative approach whit the public elementary school teachers at Rajabasa sub-district of Bandar Lampung as the population of the study. The data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using regression. The results of this study show that the principal managerial competence, school climate, and teacher professionalism have positive significant effects on school effectiveness in public elementary schools at Rajabasa sub-district of Bandar Lampung both partially and simultaneously. The findings indicate that the school effectiveness of public elementary school at Rajabasa of Bandar Lampung will increase if the principal managerial competence, school climate, and teachers professionalism increase.
