Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel efikasi diri, sikap dan norma subyektif terhadap keputusan mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di Bandarlampung. Sampel menggunakan multivariate menghasilkan 40 orang responden. Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert, melalui teknik probability sampling. Pengolahan data analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS 16. Berdasarkan hasil, nilai koefisien R2 sebesar 0,394 yang berarti bahwa pengaruh variabel efikasi diri, sikap dan norma subyektif terhadap keputusan berwirausaha sebesar 39,4%, sedangkan 60,6% disebabkan oleh faktor lain. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dan pengujian dari penelitian atas hubungan antara variabel efikasi diri, sikap dan norma subyektif didapat persamaan regresi linier sebagai berikut: y = 0,663 + 0,369 X1 + 0,381 X2 + 0,753 X3 dari variabel berikut didapat nilai t tabel dari ketiga variabel sebesar 1,688 dan nilai t hitung untuk X1 sebesar 3,506 maka t hitung > t tabel, nilai t hitung untuk X2 sebesar 2,479 maka t hitung > t tabel, dan nilai t hitung untuk X3 yaitu sebesar 2,244 maka t hitung > t tabel. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang artinya ada pengaruh secara parsial. Berdasarkan uji f yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh nilai f tabel sebesar 2,87 dan f hitung sebesar 9,473 maka f hitung > f tabel, artinya ada pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel X dengan Y. Kata kunci: Efikasi diri, sikap, norma subyektif dan keputusan berwirausaha. ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to find out how big influence of self efficacy variable, attitude and subjective norm toward student decision to entrepreneurship. The type of research used is quantitative. The population of this study were students at Bandarlampung. Samples using multivariate resulted in 40 respondents. Sampling technique using questionnaire with likert scale, through probability sampling technique. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 16. Based on the result, the value of R2 coefficient of 0.394 which means that the influence of self efficacy variables, attitudes and subjective norms towards the decision of entrepreneurship of 39,4%, while 60,6% caused by other factors. Based on the calculation and testing of the research on the relationship between self efficacy variables, subjective attitudes and norms obtained linear regression equation as follows: y = 0.663 + 0.369 X1 + 0.753 X2 + 0.217 X3 of the following variables obtained t table value of three variables of 1,688 and the value of t arithmetic for X1 of 3,507 then t arithmetic> t table, the value of t arithmetic for X2 of 2,479 then t arithmetic> t table, and the value of t arithmetic for X3 that is equal to 2,244 then t arithmetic> t table. It can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, which means there is partial influence. Based on the f test that has been done, obtained the value of f table of 2.87 and f arithmetic of 9,437 then f arithmetic> f table, meaning there is influence simultaneously between variables X with Y.
