Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Kopi merupakan salah satu komoditas andalan dalam sektor perkebunan Indonesia. Salah satu wilayah tersebut adalah Desa Air Naningan, Kabupaten Tanggamus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menetapkan hubungan matematis (persamaan) yang berpengaruh positif antara produktivitas kopi dengan faktor ekologis termasuk jenis tanaman atas dan tanaman bawah dan menetapkan kelayakan finansial bagi peningkatan produktivitas kopi melalui perbaikan faktor – faktor lingkungan yang berpengaruh positif tersebut. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus – September 2017 di Desa Air Naningan, Kabupaten Tanggamus menggunakan metode survei. Pengamatan dilakukan pada fase pohon, tiang, pancang dan semai dengan membuat 30 plot. Pengamatan vegetasi dimulai dari elevasi 400 – 1.200 mdpl. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi dan analisis finansial. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, jenis dan fase yang berpengaruh positif nyata adalah fase pohon (petai, alpukat dan medang), fase tiang (sonokeling) dan kelayakan finansial kombinasi tanaman dengan pola Nurul Dwi Prabowo (kopi + petai + alpukat), (kopi + petai + medang) dan (kopi + petai + sonokeling) memiliki NPV sebesar Rp 235.036.506, Rp 230.981.284 dan Rp 232.301.462, BCR 62, 61,3 dan 62,1 dan IRR diperoleh 34%, 33,9% dan 34,0%. Kata kunci: analisis finansial, analisis regresi, Desa Air Naningan dan produktivitas kopi. abstract Coffee is one of the main comodity in plantation of Indonesia sector. One of those region is Air Naningan Village, Tanggamus District. The purpose of this research is to determaine the mathematical relationship (similarity) which has a positive effect between coffee productivity and ecological factors including the upper plants and lower plants and established the financial feasibility for increasing coffee productivity by improving factors that have a positive effect. This research was conducted in August – September 2017 in the Air Naningan Village, Tanggamus District using a survey methods. Observations were done on tree, pole, sapling and seedling phases by making 30 plots. The observation of started elevations of 400 – 1.200 mdpl. The data was a analyzed using regression analysis and financial analysis. Based on this research, the types and phases that have a real positive effect were tree phases (stink bean, avocado and phoebe) pole phases (black rosewood) and financial feasibility of plant combination Nurul Dwi Prabowo (coffee+stink bean+avocado), (coffe+stink bean+phoebe) and (coffee+stink bean+black rosewood) has an NPV of Rp 235.036.506, Rp 230.981.284 and Rp 232.301.462, BCR 62, 61,3 and 62,1 and obtained IRR were 34%, 33,9% and 34,0%.
