ANALISIS PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA, PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEMERIKSA BPK PERWAKILAN PROVINSI LAMPUNG Abstrak ALEXANDER Sumber daya manusia memegang peranan penting dalam usahanya untuk mencapai tujuan dalam suatu organisasi. BPK Perwakilan Propinsi Lampung, memiliki tugas untuk memeriksa pelaksanaan penggunaan keuangan negara ditingkat provinsi, maupun kabupaten/kota diwilayah Provinsi Lampung. Agar proses pemeriksaan berjalan baik, maka motivasi kerja, pendidikan dan pelatihan pemeriksa BPK Perwakilan Provinsi Lampung dibutuhkan untuk pencapaian tujuan pemeriksaan. Subjek pelaksana pemeriksaan pengelolaan keuangan negara pada BPK Perwakilan Propinsi Lampung adalah 56 pemeriksa. Dimana dalam melaksanakan tugasnya pemeriksa dituntut memiliki motivasi kerja, pendidikan dan pelatihan yang memadai dan dapat menerapkan independesi, integritas dan profesionalisme dalam pelaksnaan tugas pemeriksaan. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini apakah motivasi kerja, pendidikan dan pelatihan mempengaruhi kinerja pemeriksa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui besarnya pengaruh motivasi kerja, pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pemeriksa. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah (1) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pemeriksa BPK Perwakilan Propinsi Lampung dalam pelaksanaan tugas di lapangan. (2) Pendidikan dan Pelatihan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pemeriksa BPK Perwakilan Propinsi Lampung dalam pelaksanaan tugas di lapangan. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas dan reabilitas dengan jumlah data sebanyak 56 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian korelasional dengan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif berdasarkan perolehan data dengan cara observasi dan survey menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini adalah mendukung hipotesis yang menyatakan motivasi kerja, pendidikan dan perlatihan berpengaruh terhadap Pemeriksa BPK Perwakilan Provinsi Lampung. Motivasi kerja merupakan faktor yang lebih berpengaruh yaitu sebesar 89,1% jika dibandingkan dengan variabel pendidikan dan pealtihan yaitu sebesar 87,4%. Saran yang diajukan adalah Pimpinan dan manajemen Kantor BPK Perwakilan Provinsi Lampung: (1) Menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mampu menjaga motivasi kerja pemeriksa secara optimal (2) Memberikan kesempatan pemeriksa untuk meningkatkan skill dan kemampuan pemeriksa melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan (3) Memperhatikan kebutuhan hidup pemeriksa, serta peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas pendidikan dan pelatihan yang diberikan kepada pemeriksa. Kata kunci : motivasi kerja, pendidikan dan pelatihan, serta kinerja ANALYZING THE EFFECT OF WORK MOTIVATION, EDUCATION AND TRAINING ON EXAMINER PERFORMANCE OF FINANCIAL AUDIT BOARD REPRESENTATIVE LAMPUNG PROVINCE Abstract ALEXANDER Human resources play an important role in their efforts to achieve goals in an organization. Financial Audit Board Representative Lampung Province has the duty to examine the implementation of the use of state finances provincial, and district/city region of Lampung Province. In order to the examination process goes well, then the motivation to work, education and training of examiners Financial Audit Board of Republic of Indonesia Representative Lampung Province needed for achievement of objectives of the examination. The subject of examination public finance management of The Audit Board Representative Lampung Province was 56 examiners. When in carrying out their duties, examiners are required to have motivation to work, education and adequate training and can implement the independence, integrity and professionalism in examination tasks. Problems in this study whether the motivation to work, education and training affect the performance of the examiner. The purpose of this study was to know the influence of motivation to work, education and training on the performance of the examiner. The hypothesis proposed are (1) Motivation positively affects on the performance of examiners of Financial Audit Board Representative Lampung Province in the their duties (2) Education and training positively affects the performance of examiners of Financial Audit Board Representative Lampung Province in the their duties. The analytical tool used is the validity and reliability test with a total of 56 respondents. The research method used is correlational research method with qualitative and quantitative analysis based on data acquisition by means of observation and survey using a questionnaire. The results of this research is to support the hypothesis that motivation to work, education and training affect on the performance of examiners of Financial Audit Representative Lampung Province. Motivation is more influential factor in the amount of 89.1% when compared to the education and training variable that is equal to 87.4%. Suggestions given to the leader and management of the Financial Audit Board Representative Lampung Province Office are (1) Creating a work environment that is able to keep the performance of examiners optimally. (2) Providing opportunities to examiners to improve the skills and abilities through education and training (3) Giving attention to examiner's needs of life, as well as improving the quality and quantity of education and training provided to the examiner.
