Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas program SPP, ketepatan pengembalian modal anggota SPP, tingkat kemampuan sumberdaya manusia peminjam program SPP di Kecamatan Gadingrejo dan mengukur efektifitas program SPP terhadap pendapatan anggota SPP, ketepatan pengembalian modal anggota SPP terhadap pendapatan anggota SPP, pengaruh kemampuan sumberdaya manusia peminjam program SPP terhadap pendapatan anggota SPP di Kecamatan Gadingrejo dengann analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu program SPP yang dijalankan di Kecamatan Gadingrejo berjalan dengan efektif, tingkat efektifitas penyaluran dana SPP dan kemampuan sumberdaya manusia peminjam program berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan pendapatan anggota SPP di Kecamatan Gadingrejo, ketepatan pengembalian modal memiliki pengaruh yang negatif. Kata kunci: Efektifitas, Pendapatan ,Program SPP abstract The purposes of this research are to know the level of effectiveness of SPP program, the accuracy of the return of SPP members, level of human resource capacity of SPP program borrowers in Gadingrejo District and and measuring the effectiveness of the SPP program on the income of SPP members, the accuracy of the return of SPP members to the income of SPP members, the influence of the SPP program's human resource capabilities on the income of SPP members in Gadingrejo District with linear regression analysis test.
