Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Agregat pipih pada umumnya juga dihasilkan oleh stone crusher, sehingga dilapangan tidak dapat dihindari pemakaian bentuk agregat tersebut. Disebabkan hal yang demikian maka dilakukan penelitian pengaruh bentuk butiran pipih terhadap perkerasan lentur jalan raya. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi persentase agregat pipih sebagai agregat kasar terhadap karakteristik lapisan aspal beton (LASTON) bergradasi halus dengan empat variasi yang berbeda-beda, mulai dari kelompok agregat pipih 0%, 10%, 30% dan 50%. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan nilai stabilitas terbesar pada variasi agregat pipih 0% kadar aspal 5,0% yaitu 1818,80 kg, nilai flow terbesar pada variasi agregat pipih 10% kadar aspal 6,5% yaitu 5,77 mm, nilai Marshall Quotients terbesar pada variasi agregat pipih 0% kadar aspal 5,0% yaitu 579,14 kg/mm, nilai VIM terbesar pada variasi agregat pipih 30% kadar aspal 4,5% yaitu 14,00%, nilai VMA terbesar pada variasi agregat pipih 30% kadar aspal 4,5% yaitu 22,89%, nilai VFA terbesar pada variasi agregat 0% kadar aspal 6,5% yaitu 80,09%. Dari nilai-nilai parameter Marshall terlihat bahwa berdasarkan persentase agregat pipih 0%, 10%, 30% dan 50% yang layak digunakan terdapat pada variasi 0% dan 10%. Sehingga nilai KAO (Kadar Aspal Optimum) didapat hanya pada variasi agregat pipih 0% dan 10% dengan nilai 6,14% dan 6,23%. This study was conducted to determine the effect of variations in the percentage of flaky aggregates as coarse aggregate for asphalt concrete layer characteristics (LASTON) with four different variations, ranging from flaky aggregate group 0%, 10%, 30% and 50%. Values obtained from the analysis of the variation in aggregate stability largest flaky 0% asphalt content of 5.0% which is 1818.80 kg, the largest flow value at a flaky 10% variation in aggregate asphalt content of 6.5% which is 5.77 mm, the value of the variation Marshall quotients largest aggregate flaky 0% asphalt content of 5,0% which is 579.14 kg / mm, the value of the variation in aggregate biggest VIM flaky 30% asphalt content of 4.5% which is 14.00%, the value of the variation in aggregate biggest VMA flaky 30% asphalt content of 4.5% which is 22.89%, the largest value of VFA the aggregate variation 0% bitumen content of 6.5% which is 80.09%. The values of parameter marshall looks flaky percentage based on aggregate 0%, 10%, 30% and 50% fit to use contained in the variation of 0% and 10%. So the value of KAO (Optimum Asphalt Content) obtained only at the aggregate variation flaky 0% and 10% with a value of 6.14% and 6.23%.
