Abstract
ABSTRAK INDONESIA Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan secara empiris mengenai pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum, dan Dana Alokasi Khusus terhadap Belanja Daerah di Pemerintah Provinsi Lampung. Data yang digunakan adalah realisasi PAD, DAU, DAK Provinsi Lampung. Data bersumber dari Direktorat Jendral Perimbangan Keuangan tahun 2001-2012. Analisis data dengan menggunakan analisa regresi berganda dan terlebih dahulu dilakukan pengujian asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum, dan Dana Alokasi Khusus berpengaruh terhadap Belanja Daerah selama periode 2001-2012. Pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh terhadap belanja daerah di pemerintah Provinsi Lampung. Dana alokasi umum berpengaruh positif terhadap belanja daerah, walaupun masih kecilnya dana yang didapatkan dari DAU sehingga belum memberikan kontribusi yang besar terhadap belanja daerah. Dan DAK memiliki kontribusi yang besar terhadap belanja daerah di Pemerintah Provinsi Lampung. Kata Kunci: Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus, Belanja Daerah. ABSTRAK INGGRIS The purpose of this study is to demonstrate empirically the effect of region original revenue, General fund allocation, and specific fund allocation against expenditure in lampung provencial government. The data used is the realization of PAD, DAU, DAK Lampung Province. Data sourced from the Directorate general of sharing revenue years 2001-2012. Analysis of data by using multiple regression analysis and first tested the classic assumption. Based on these results it can be concluded that the original income, general fund allocation, and specific fund allocation affect expenditure during the period 2001-2012. Region original revenue effect on regional expenditure in Lampung provencial government. General fund allocation positive effect on local spending, though still small funds obtained from DAU so has not contributed greatly to the regional expenditure. And DAK has contributed greatly to regional expenditure in Lampung provencial goverment. Keyword: region original revenue, general fund allocation, specific fund allocation, regional expenditure.
