Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Konflik Tuas pada tahun 2018 antara Malaysia dan Singapura merupakan konflik teritorial akibat adanya jalan buntu (deadlock) antara kedua negara, serta adanya sikap agresifitas Malaysia dan Singapura dalam menentukan garis batas teritorial kedua negara. Konflik Tuas merupakan sengketa bilateral antara Malaysia dan Singapura setelah kedua negara ini menghadapi persoalan yang sama pada periode-periode sebelumnya. Konflik Tuas tahun 2018 telah membuat ketegangan antara Singapura dan Malaysia pada level kepemimpinan hingga instansi-instansi di bawahnya pada level setingkat menteri. Persoalan ini berdampak pada hubungan ekonomi, perniagaan perairan hingga terhentinya beberapa proyek investasi kerjasama pengembangan maritim yang sebelumnya telah direncanakan bersama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui upaya penyelesaian konflik teritorial perairan Tuas antara Malaysia dan Singapura tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teori atau konsep yang digunakan adalah teori konflik, konflik teritorial dan penyelesaian konflik. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penyelesaian konflik Tuas tahun 2018 tidak lepas dari inisiatif Malaysia dan Singapura dalam mengurangi provokasi pada kedua negara yang dapat dilihat dari beberapa pernyataan pada tingkat pemimpin Malaysia dan Singapura. Kemudian wujud penyelesaian konflik Tuas tahun 2018 diwujudkan melalui negosiasi baik secara bilateral, menerima rekomendasi dan fasilitasi ASEAN, serta UNCLOS yang berdampak pada terbentuk solusi yang dapat diterima oleh Malaysia dan Singapura. Kata Kunci: Konflik Tuas, Konflik Teritorial, Penyelesaian Konflik The conflict of Tuas territory in 2018 between Malaysia and Singapore due to the deadlock between the two countries, as well as the existence of the attitude of aggression Malaysia and Singapore in determining the territorial boundary line of the two countries. The conflict of Tuas 2018 is a bilateral dispute between Malaysia and Singapore after the two countries faced the same issue in previous periods. In 2018 the Tuas conflict created tension between Singapore and Malaysia on the level of leadership to agencies under it at the ministerial level. These issues have an impact on economic relations, strait commerce up to the suspension of several projects of investment of maritime development cooperation that previously had planned together. The purpose of this research is to know the territorial conflict completion efforts of the waters between Malaysia and Singapore in 2018. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Theories or concepts used are conflict theory, territorial conflict and conflict completion. The results of this research is that conflict resolution of Tuas 2018 between Malaysia and Singapore initiatives in reducing provocations on both countries. Then a form of conflict resolution of Tuas in 2018 realized through negotiations bilaterally, accepted the recommendation and facilitation of ASEAN, as well as UNCLOS that impact formed an acceptable solution by Malaysia and Singapore.
