Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) harga pokok produksi, (2) nilai tambah, dan (3) keuntungan agroindustri keripik tempe. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus pada tiga agroindustri keripik tempe yang berlokasi di Kota Metro dan dipilih dengan sengaja dengan pertimbangan bahwa agroindustri masih aktif melakukan kegiatan produksi. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik agroindustri keripik tempe. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Februari hingga Maret 2019. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder dan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) harga pokok produksi keripik tempe yaitu sebesar Rp 32.874,39 per kilogram, (2) nilai tambah agroindustri menunjukkan nilai yang positif sehingga agroindustri keripik tempe layak untuk dikembangkan, dan (3) agroindustri keripik tempe merupakan usaha yang menguntungkan karena nilai rasio R/C menunjukkan nilai lebih dari 1 sehingga agroindustri keripik tempe layak untuk dijalankan. Kata kunci : agroindustri, biaya, keripik tempe, This research aims to analyze (1) main production cost, (2) added value, and (3) income of tempe chips agroindustry. This research uses a case study method at three tempe chips agroindustries which are located in Metro City. Therefore they are chosen purposively by considering that agroindustry is still active to do producing. Respondents of this research are the owners of tempe chips agroindustry. The field research was conducted in February until March 2019. The data are collected in this research are primary and secondary data. Then, data analysis method use quantitative descriptive analysis. The results show that (1) main production cost of tempe chips agroindustry is Rp 32.874,39 per kilogram, (2) added values of tempe chips agroindustry show the positive values hence it is feasible to be developed, and (3) tempe chips agroindustry is a profitable ( R/C > 1) industry because the ratio values of R/C more than 1 and feasible.
