The National Police of the Republic of Indonesia as part of the function of state government is demanded to be able to maintain public order, carry out law enforcement, provide protection, protection and service to the community. One type of service provided by the National Police is administrative services, which are carried out through a unit called the Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT). Lampung Province, especially South Lampung, is one of several districts that carry out the duties of public organizations, namely SPKT services. The key to the success of a public organization engaged in services lies in the services provided to the community. In this study the intended organizational performance is the level of achievement or work results of the South Lampung Police Station SPKT in its task. Therefore the research aims to find out the results of SPKT South Lampung service performance. This research is descriptive qualitative, which focuses on performance evaluation with analysis using measures of responsiveness, effectiveness, efficiency, productivity, accountability, and responsiveness by focusing on the South Lampung SPKT. Based on the six research focuses, this study found that South Lampung SPKT's performance was considered to be good in carrying out its duties and responsibilities in accordance with the SOP. The conclusion from the results of the research obtained regarding the evaluation of service performance of the South Lampung Police Station SPKT has been good. However, there is one variable that inhibits the poor implementation of services, namely the availability of facilities and infrastructure Keyword: Public Organization, Performance Evaluation, SPKT. Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia selaku bagian dari fungsi pemerintahan negara di tuntut mampu menjaga ketertiban masyarakat, melakukan penegakan hukum, memberikan perlindungan, pengayoman, dan pelayanan pada masyarakat. Salah satu jenis pelayanan yang diselenggarakan oleh Polri adalah pelayanan adminsitratif yang pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui unit yang bernama Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu (SPKT). Provinsi Lampung, khususnya Lampung Selatan merupak salah satu dari beberapa Kabupaten yang menjalankan tugas organisasi publik yaitu pelayanan SPKT. Kunci keberhasilan suatu organisasi publik yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa terletak pada pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat. Dalam penelitian ini kinerja organisasi yang dimaksud adalah tingkat pencapaian atau hasil kerja dari SPKT Polres Lampung Selatan dalam tugasnya. Oleh karenanya penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil kinerja pelayanan SPKT Lampung Selatan. Peneliti ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif, yang berfokus pada evaluasi kinerja dengan analisis mengunakan pengukuran responsivitas, efektifitas, efisien, produktifitas kinerja, akuntabilitas, resposibility dengan berlokus pada SPKT Lampung Selatan. berdasarkan enam fokus penelitian, maka penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa kinerja SPKT Lampung Selatan dirasa sudah baik dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggungjawabnya sesuai dengan SOP. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh mengenai evaluasi pelayanan kinerja SPKT Polres Lampung Selatan sudah baik. Namun, terdapat satu variabel yang menghambat kurang terlaksananya pelayanan dengan baik yaitu ketersedian sarana dan prasarana. Kata Kunci: Organisasi Publik, Evaluasi Kinerja, SPKT
