Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh religiusitas terhadap komitmen karyawan pada Hotel Syariah di Bandar Lampung. Sample dalam penelitian adalah karyawan pada Hotel Syariah di Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah 114 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Uji validitas, realibelitas, dan normalitas dalam penelitian menggunakan SPSS versi 23 berstatus valid, reliable, dan normal. Metode yang digunakan adalah Regresi linier sederhana, Uji hipotesis (uji t) dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis Regresi linier sederhana yaitu: religiusitas berpengaruh terhadap komitmen karyawan. Pengujian hipotesis religiusitas terhadap komitmen karyawan, Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak, artinya terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel religiusitas dengan komitmen karyawan. Dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian yang dinyatakan dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima, berarti variabel religiusitas berpengaruh terhadap komitmen karyawan pada Hotel Syariah di Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci: Religiusitas, Komitmen Karyawan. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of religiosity on employee commitment to Sharia Hotels in Bandar Lampung. Sample in the study were employees of Sharia Hotels in Bandar Lampung, totaling 114 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire. Examination, reliability, and normality in the study using SPSS version 23 is valid, reliable, and normal. The method used is simple linear regression, hypothesis testing (t test) and coefficient of determination. Results of analysis Simple linear regression, namely: religiosity affects the commitment of employees. Testing the hypothesis of religiosity on employee commitment, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between variables of religiosity and commitment of employees. Thus the research hypothesis stated in this study is acceptable, meaning that the variable religiosity influences employee commitment to Sharia Hotels in Bandar Lampung.
