Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Salah satu program pemerintah dalam mengatasi penyalahgunaan lahan hutan adalah dengan memberikan Izin Pemanfaatan Hasil Hutan Kayu pada Hutan Tanaman Rakyat (IUPHHK-HTR) di KPH Unit XIV Gedong Wani Register 40 Lampung Selatan seluas 30.243 ha pada tahun 2017 dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas lahan. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui karakteristik petani, menganalisis kontribusi HTR terhadap pendapatan petani dan menganalisis faktor-faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan petani. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional simple random dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 90 petani. Data yang sudah dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan rumus pendapatan dan menggunakan analisis regresi linier untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa petani memiliki karakteristik berupa umur dominan petani 48 tahun, tingkat pendidikan petani rata-rata Sekolah Dasar (SD), jumlah tanggungan rata-rata petani 3-4 orang, pekerjaan sampingan petani yaitu buruh pabrik, tukang ojek serta warung dan luas lahan petani rata-rata 1,5-2 ha. Perhitungan kontribusi HTR terhadap pendapatan rata-rata Rp 8.036.507/KK/bulan atau sebesar 67,72%. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa kontribusi HTR terhadap pendapatan petani sangat besar dibandingakn standar upah minimum Provinsi Lampung dan hasil perhitungan regresi linier menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap pendapatan HTR adalah luas lahan, jumlah tanaman dan jumlah tenaga kerja. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of farmers, analyze the contribution of CPF to farmers 'income and analyze what factors influence farmers' income. Data collection uses observation, interview, and literature studies techniques. Sampling using proportional simple random with the number of respondents as many as 90 farmers. Data that has been collected is analyzed using income formula and uses linear regression analysis to determine what factors influence income. The results of this study indicate that farmers have the characteristics of the average age of farmers 48 years, the education level of the average primary school , the number of dependents on average farmers 3-4 people, side jobs farmers namely factory workers, motorcycle drivers and stalls and farmers' land area of 1.5-2 ha on average. Calculation of the contribution of CPF to the average income is IDR 8.036.507/KK /month or 66,72%. These results indicate that the contribution of CPF to farmers' income is very large compared to the Lampung Province minimum wage standard and the results of linear regression calculations indicate that the variables that significantly influence CPF income are land area, number of plants and number of workers.
