This study aims to determine the perceptions of the students of FISIP University of Lampung about the image of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights during the Yassona Lauly 2014-2019 period. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The technique of determining the informants is done by using purposive sampling technique. Sources of data in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained by interview with informants and documentation while secondary data comes from books or references, articles and sources from the internet in accordance with research. Based on the results of the study it was found that during Yasonna Laully's leadership, and subsequently viewed from an image model that has four elements in it namely cognitive, perception, motivation and attitude. At the cognitive stage the informant knows in general about kemenkumham starting from the background and also the work system, besides that general knowledge about kemnkumhakam is used as a reference and basis for informants to see the symptoms that exist in the body of the ministry of law and human rights institutions. At this stage the views and perceptions of the informants as a whole tend to provide a negative value for the performance that exists in the body kemenkumham. In the motivational stage itself, which describes the impetus carried out by the informant in terms of leading to change activities, where the change activity is shown by the informant n the form of various things, looking at the types and variety of motives given, one of which is that the informants want a good change from kemenkumham body, starting from transparency, work systems and programs that are carried out by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights itself. At this stage the informants provided solutions to the many negative views or perceptions that were present at the kemenkumham institute. Keywords: perception, image, kemenkumham Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi dari para mahasiswa FISIP Universitas Lampung tentang citra dari Kemenkumham selama Yassona Lauly periode 2014-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik penentuan informan dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dengan cara wawncara dengan informan dan dokumentasi sedang data sekunder berasal dari buku-buku atau referensi, artikel dan sumber dari internet yang sesuai dengan penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pada masa kepemimpinan Yasonna Laully, dan selanjutnya dilihat dari model citra yang memiliki empat unsur didalamnya yaitu kognitif, persepsi, motivasi serta sikap. Pada tahap kognitif informan mengetahui secara umum mengenai kemenkumham mulai dari latar belakang dan juga sistem kerja, selain itu pengetahuan umum mengenai kemnkumhakam ini dijadikan acuan dan dasar bagi para informan untuk melihat gejala yang ada di tubuh lembaga kementran hukum dan ham. Pada tahapan ini pandangan serta persepsi dari informan secara keseluruhan cenderung memberikan sebuah niai yang negatif akan kinerja yang ada di tubuh kemenkumham. Pada tahap motivasi sendiri yang memaparkan mengenai dorongan yang dialakukan oleh informan dalam hal mengarah pada aktivitas perubahan, yang mana aktivitas perubahan tersebut ditunjukan oleh informan dengan wujud berbagai hal, melihat dari macam dan ragam motif yang diberikan salah satunya ialah para informan menginginkan perubahan yang baik dari tubuh kemenkumham, mulai dari transparasi, sistem kerja serta program yang kan dilakukan oleh kemnkumham sendiri. Pada tahap ini para informan memberikan solusi atas banyaknya pandangan atau persepsi negatif yang hadir pada lemabga kemenkumham. Kata kunci: persepsi, citra, kemenkumham
