This study aims to look at the Social Impact of PT.Austasia's Company Presence for Communities in Negara Batin Village, Jabung District, East Lampung Regency. This study used qualitative research methods. The focus of this research includes:1. Community Social Status. 2. Social Mobility in the Community with the company. 3. Employment opportunities in Desa Negara Batin. 4. Land Ownership. 5. As well as the ongoing conflict between the company and the citizens. The results showed the social impact of the Company's presence on the community in this village so that social interaction between migrants and native residents occurred. The presence of companies in this village does not only bring social impacts, but also provides economic impacts for the community. The existing social impacts are positive and negative, the positive impact after the company, the company provides jobs to the community as laborers, so that their income that was only from natural products can now add income for other needs, the negative impact of this is not enough to reduce unemployment. Job absorption is seen as not being able to handle the income status of the community, because only a few people have found work in this company. Giving rise to social jealousy among fellow citizens and even the company. And the company is not yet fully responsible for the impact they have on the community in Desa Negara Batin. Keywords: social impact, interaction, company Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Dampak Sosial Keberadaan Perusahaan PT.Austasia bagi Masyarakat di Desa Negara Batin, Kecamatan Jabung, Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Fokus penelitiani ini meliputi: 1. Status Sosial Masyarakat 2. Mobilitas Sosial di Masyarakat dengan perusahaan 3. Lapangan Pekerjaan yang ada di Desa Negara Batin 4. Kepemilikan Lahan 5. Serta Konflik yang tengah terjadi antara perusahaan dan warga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dampak sosial keberadaan Perusahaan bagi masyarakat di Desa ini sehingga terjadinya interaksi sosial antara warga pendatang dengan warga asli. Kehadiran perusahaan di Desa ini tidak hanya menghadirkan dampak sosial saja, namun juga memberikan dampak ekonomi bagi masyarakat. Dampak Sosial yang ada bersifat positif dan bersifat negatif, dampak positifnya setelah adanya perusahaan, pihak perusahaan memberikan pekerjaan kepada masyarakat sebagai buruh, sehingga pendapatan mereka yang dulunya hanya dari hasil alam sekarang bisa menambah pendapatan untuk kebutuhan yang lainnya, dampak negatifnya hal ini belum cukup untuk mengurangi angka pengangguran. Penyerapan lapangan kerja dinilai belum bisa menangani status pendapatan masyarakat, karena hanya beberapa masyarakat yang mendapatkan pekerjaan di perusahan ini. Sehingga menimbulkan rasa cemburu sosial kepada sesama warga bahkan pihak perusahaan. Serta pihak perusahan belum sepenuhnya bertanggung jawab atas dampak yang mereka berikan kepada masyarakat di Desa Negara Batin. Kata Kunci: Dampak Sosial, Interaksi, Perusahaan
