Kata kunci : CBR, Pengembangan Tanah, Tebal Perkerasan, Stabilisasi, Limbah Beton In highway planning, subgrade with a minimum CBR 6% requirement is not enough to be an indicator to be able to ensure that the road we are planning will succeed. Because we only see from the strength side without considering the development of the soil (Swelling). In this study the soil samples used came from the Jalan R.A.Basyid Section, Jati Agung Subdistrict, South Lampung at STA 2 + 100 and variations in the waste concrete used were 0, 4, 8 and 12% of the weight of the soil. The test carried out was CBR testing of the effects of soil development, then based on the results of the test, calculation of pavement thickness was carried out by the method of analysis of components of SKBI 2.3.26.1987. The soil in this study included the A-6 group or poor soil type. However, after adding variations in concrete waste, plastic limits, liquid limits and a decrease in plasticity index, this resulted in a decrease in soil development in 12% of concrete waste, from 0.67% to 0.15%, while CBR values experienced a significant increase in waste 12% concrete, from 1.3% to 29.7%. With this, the thickness of the layer becomes thinner, at 0% concrete waste, namely D1 = 7.5 cm thick, D2 = 20 cm and D3 = 33 cm, while in 12% D1 = 5 cm thick concrete waste, D2 = 20 cm and D3 are not used. Keywords: CBR, Soil Swelling, Pavement Thickness, Stabilization, Concrete Waste
