Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Desa Gunungrejo Kecamatan Way Ratai Kabupaten Pesawaran memperoleh juara pertama nasional lomba desa tingkat regional 1 Sumatera. Salah satu indikator penilaian lomba desa adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program pemberdayaan masyarakat dan upaya memberdayakan masyarakat yang dilakukan Pemerintah Desa Gunungrejo. Tipe penelitian ini deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah Desa Gunungrejo menerapkan program-program pemberdayaan masyarakat, yakni pemanfaatan pekarangan rumah, tabungan masyarakat, ternak sapi dan kambing, budidaya ikan lele, tanaman kolektif masyarakat, lomba dusun, pengembangan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah, dan pengembangan wisata. Upaya yang dilakukan adalah memberikan edukasi dan motivasi melalui sosialisasisosialisasi, memberikan dorongan kepada masyarakat dan lembaga-lembaga desa berupa bantuan, membentuk kelompok masyarakat, membuka wisata, mendorong setiap dusun untuk memiliki dana kas dusun. Melakukan pelatihan-pelatihan bagi aparatur dan lembaga-lembaga desa, dan meningkatkan pendidikan aparatur desa. Meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat melalui tersedianya sarana air bersih, posyandu, dan jaminan kesehatan masyarakat. Akses-akses kemajuan ekonomi bagi masyarakat yang telah dibuka yaitu melalui sebagian program-program pemberdayaan masyarakat, pasar desa, wisata dan badan usaha milik desa. Desa Gunungrejo telah membangun sarana dan prasarana untuk menunjang program pemberdayaan masyarakat diantaranya fasiitas pendidikan, fasilitas kesehatan, fasilitas wisata, fasilitas pemberdayaan dan infrastruktur. Meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengambilan keputusan melalui musyawarah dusun. Memelihara pemberdayaan dengan aturan-aturan dan kesepakatan-kesepakatan. Kata Kunci : Upaya, Pemberdayaan, Masyarakat, Desa. The village of Gunungrejo Way Ratai Subdistrict in Pesawaran District won the first place in the national level 1 race village in Sumatra. One indicator of the assessment of village competitions is community empowerment. This study aims to find out about community empowerment programs and efforts to empower the community by the Gunungrejo Village Government. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the Gunungrejo Village Government implements community empowerment programs, namely the use of home yards, community savings, cattle and goats, catfish farming, community collective plants, hamlet competitions, small and medium micro business development, and tourism development. The efforts made were to provide education and motivation through socialization, to encourage the community and village institutions in the form of assistance, to form community groups, to open tourism, to encourage each hamlet to have hamlet cash funds. Conduct training for village officials and institutions and improve the education of village officials. Improve the level of public health through the availability of clean water facilities, posyandu, and community health insurance. Access to economic progress for the community that has been opened is through some community empowerment programs, village markets, tourism, and village-owned enterprises. Gunungrejo Village has built facilities and infrastructure to support community empowerment programs including educational facilities, health facilities, tourist facilities, empowerment facilities and infrastructure.
