Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Salah satu industri pengolahan yang telah dikembangkan di Kota Bandar Lampung adalah industri tahu. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari Primer Koperasi Produsen Tempe Tahu Indonesia Kota Bandar Lampung terdapat 238 perajin tahu yang terdapat di Kota Bandar Lampung. Penyebaran perajin tahu di Kota Bandar Lampung di lokasi atau kelurahan Gunung Sulah sebanyak 71 perajin tahu, kemudian dari data tersebut akan diambil secara sampling sebanyak 42 perajin tahu yang akan di ukur kualitas limbahnya berdasarkan Peraturan Gubernur Lampung No.11 Tahun 2012 dengan parameter untuk baku mutu limbah tahu BOD kadar satuan maksimum adalah 150 Mg/L. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan pengambilan sampel limbah tahu yang kemudian dianalisis dengan model regresi linier berganda. Data yang diambil sebagai kerangka konsep penelitian adalah profil industri dan kualitas limbah sebagai variabel independen dan tingkat kepatuhan sebagai variabel dependen. Dalam proses hasil Uji Regresi Linier Berganda didapatkan angka bawah Y=348,995(constant) + (– 1.860 (jenis industri)) + (1,917 (izin usaha)) + (-0,713 (modal)) + (-0,682 (omzet)) + (-2,195 (lama usaha)) + (- 0,777 (jumlah karyawan)) + (-1,417 (usia)) + (-3,822 (pendidikan)). Berdasarkan Uji T didapatkan pada tabel signifikan terhadap variabel modal memiliki angka (0,003), lama usaha memiliki angka (0,047), usia memiliki angka (0,024), pendidikan memiliki angka (0,039) ada pengaruh signifikan. Sedangkan variabel omzet memiliki angka (0,068) tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, Pemerintah Kota Bandar Lampung dapat melakukan proses pengawasan, monitoring, evaluasi serta menjadikan variabel tersebut sebagai dasar peningkatan kepatuhan perajin tahu di Kelurahan Gunung Sulah. Based on data obtained from the Primary Cooperative of Tempe Tahu Indonesia Producers in Bandar Lampung, there are 238 tofu artisans in Bandar Lampung. Data were collected through questionnaires and tofu waste sampling which were then analyzed using multiple linear regression models. Data taken as a research conceptual framework are industry profile and waste quality as independent variables and level of compliance as dependent variables. In the process of the results of the Multiple Linear Regression Test, the bottom number Y = 348,995 (constant) + (- 1,860 (type of industry)) + (1,917 (business license)) + (-0,713 (capital)) + (-0,682 (turnover)) + (-2,195 (length of business)) + (- 0,777 (number of employees)) + (-1,417 (age)) + (-3,822 (education)). Based on the T Test on the variable capital have value (0.003), length of effort have value (0.047), age have value (0.024), and education have value (0.039) there is a significant effect. While the omzet variable have value (0.068) has no significant effect. Based on these results, the Bandar Lampung City Government can carry out the process of monitoring, evaluating and making these variables as the basis for improving the compliance of tofu industry in Gunung Sulah Village.
