Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Masalah penelitian ini adalah asertivitas yang rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penggunaan layanan bimbingan kelompok dalam meningkatkan asertivitas pada mahasiswa bimbingan dan konseling angkatan 2019 Universitas Lampung tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Metode penelitian ini adalah eskperimen dengan one group pretest-posttest design. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan bimbingan kelompok dapat meningkatkan asertivitas terbukti dari hasil analisis data menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Diperoleh nilai Zhitung = -2,366 lebih dari nilai Ztabel =1,645, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulannya adalah layanan bimbingan kelompok dpat digunakan untuk meningkatkan asertivitas mahasiswa bimbingan dan konseling Universitas Lampung tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Kata kunci: asertivitas, bimbingan kelompok, dan role play.The problem of this research is low assertiveness. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of group guidance services in increasing assertiveness in coaching and guidance students class 2019, University of Lampung in the 2019/2020 academic year. The data collection technique uses an assertiveness scale. The results in this study indicate that the use of group guidance can increase assertiveness as evidenced by the results of data analysis using the Wilcoxon test. Obtained the value of Zhitung = -2,366 is more than the value of Ztabel = 1,645, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion is that group guidance services can be used to increase the assertiveness of guidance and counseling students at the University of Lampung for the 2019/2020 school year.
