Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce the value of forecasting the number of ship passengers at the main port using S.R SINGH model in fuzzy time series. In this study using the help of Microsoft Office Excel. Forecasting results in October 2020 amounted to 20.347(people). With an accuracy rate of 0,9580835% indicating that the S.R Singh model in the fuzzy time series in the best. Keywods : Forecasting, S.R Singh model, Fuzzy Time Series Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghitung nilai hasil peramalan jumlah penumpang Kapal Laut di Pelabuhan Utama dengan menggunakan model S. R Singh pada fuzzy time series. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan Microsoft Office Excel. Hasil peramalan pada bulan Oktober 2020 yaitu sebesar 20.347 (orang). Dengan nilai tingkat akurasi sebesar 0,958035% menunjukan bahwa model S. R Singh pada fuzzy time series adalah yang terbaik Kata kunci: Peramalan, Model S.R Singh, Fuzzy Time Series
