Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Desa Gunung Rejo sebagai salah satu desa wisata unggulan Kabupaten Pesawaran memiliki potensi yang cukup besar untuk dikembangkan. Pemerintah Kabupaten Pesawaran membuat kebijakan untuk pengembangan pariwisata yang tertuang dalam Keputusan Bupati Pesawaran Nomor 320/IV.04/HK/2018 tentang Penetapan desa wisata. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pelaksanaan kebijakan pengembangan pariwisata di Desa Gunung Rejo. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori Van Horn dan Van Meter. Hasil dan kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah : Indikator Ukuran dan Tujuan Kebijakan sudah berhasil, para pelaksana kebijakan pengembangan pariwisata ini sudah cukup memahami ukuran dan tujuan kebijakan. Indikator sumber daya masih kurang namun di sisi lain terdapat adanya ketercukupan sumber daya finansial. Indikator karakteristik agen pelaksana sudah berhasil, para agen pelaksana kebijakan sudah memusatkan perhatian kepada masyarakat dan alam. Indikator sikap/kecenderungan agen pelaksana sudah berhasil, para agen pelaksana sudah sepakat menolak swasta dalam pengelolaan pariwisata di Desa Gunung Rejo, Indikator Komunikasi belum berhasil, komunikasi yang terjalin selama ini belum optimal karena belum adanya forum pertemuan dan laporan resmi antar agen pelaksana kebijakan.Indikator lingkungan sosial,ekonomi,politik sudah berhasil, lingkungan politik dirasa bersih dan mendukung, dari segi ekonomi sudah adanya ketercukupan modal usaha untuk mendukung kegiatan ekonomi kreatif yang dijalankan oleh Bumdes dan Pokdarwis Desa Gunung Rejo terutama yang berkaitan dengan usaha kepariwisataan dan lingkungan sosial juga berjalan kondusif. Saran dari hasil penelitian ini adalah : Pemerintah Kabupaten Pesawaran perlu meningkatkan pemberian bantuan modal usaha dan pembinaan terhadap anggota pokdarwis. Kata kunci: Kebijakan, Pengembangan, Pariwisata, One Village One Destination, Kabupaten Pesawaran Gunung Rejo Village as one of the leading tourist villages in Pesawaran Regency has considerable potential to be developed. The Pesawaran Regency Government makes policies for tourism development as stated in the Pesawaran Regent's Decree Number 320/IV.04/HK/2018 concerning the Designation of tourist villages. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of tourism development policies in Gunung Rejo Village. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The theory used is the theory of Van Horn and Van Meter. The results and conclusions of this study are: Indicators of Policy Size and Objectives have been successful, the implementers of this tourism development policy have sufficiently understood the size and objectives of the policy. Indicators of resources are still lacking but on the other hand there is sufficient financial resources. Indicators of the characteristics of implementing agents have been successful, policy implementing agents have focused on society and nature. Indicators of attitude/tendency of implementing agents have been successful, implementing agents have agreed to reject the private sector in tourism management in Gunung Rejo Village, Communication Indicators have not been successful, communication that has been established so far has not been optimal because there is no forum for meetings and official reports between policy implementing agents. the social, economic, political environment has been successful, the political environment is considered clean and supportive, from an economic perspective there is sufficient business capital to support creative economic activities carried out by Bumdes and Pokdarwis in Gunung Rejo Village, especially those related to tourism businesses and the social environment is also running conducive . Suggestions from the results of this study are: The Pesawaran Regency Government needs to increase the provision of business capital assistance and guidance to Pokdarwis members.
