Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari modal usaha, jumlah tenaga kerja, dan luas lahan terhadap pendapatan usaha petani jamur merang di desa Sendang Agung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan berjumlah 81 responden petani usaha jamur merang dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh atau populasi sama dengan sampel yaitu berjumlah 81 orang. Teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa teknik, yaitu observasi, penyebaran angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis dari data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh modal usaha, jumlah tenaga kerja, dan luas lahan terhadap pendapatan usaha petani jamur merang di Desa Sendang Agung. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 15,645 > 2,72 dengan kadar determinasi sebesar (R2 ) sebesar 0,379 yang berarti pendapatan usaha dipengaruhi oleh modal usaha, jumlah tenaga kerja, dan luas lahansebesar 37,9% dan sisanya 62,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Modal Usaha, Jumlah Tenaga Kerja, Luas Lahan, Pendapatan Usaha. The research aims to determine the effect of working capital, quantity of workers, and width of area on straw mushroom farmers’ income in Sendang Agung village. The research method used a quantitative descriptive method. The populations were 81 straw mushroom farmers with saturation sampling technique so that the samples are the same as the populations of 81 straw mushroom farmers. The data collection consisted of observation, questionnaire, and documentation. The analysis techniques were simple and multiple linier regressions. The research results showed that there was effect of working capital, quantity of workers, and width of area on straw mushroom farmers’ income in Sendang Agung village. According to the data analysis that the value of fcount > ftable or 15,645 > 2,72 with the determinant rate (R2) was 0,379 which meant that the straw mushroom farmers’ income were affected by working capital, quantity of workers, and width of area with the percentage of 37,9%. Meanwhile, the rest of 62,1% was affected by other factors which were not examined in the research. Key words: income, quantity of workers, width of area, working capital
