ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF INTRINSIC VALUE STOCK USING DISCOUNTED CASH FLOW, DIVIDEND DISCOUNT MODEL AND FREE CASH FLOW METHODS (Study Of Food And Beverage Firms Which Have Listed On Indonesia Stock Exchanged In 2016-2020) By NATASIA ENO CANDRA This research aims to know intrinsic value of a firm, especially firms which have listed on Indonesia stock exchanged and how their condition is. Method which is used in this research is discounted cash flow, dividend discount model and free cash flow. The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling method. The firms that will be samples of this research is INDF, MYOR, MLBI and ROTI. The result of methods is knowing condition of the firm which is undervalued or overvalued. Root mean square error is used to know the smallest error of three methods and the best choice to do valuating stock, especially in this period. Dividend discount model is the method which has smallest error among others in this research. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah discounted cash flow, dividend discount model dan free cash flow. Teknik dalam menentukan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Perusahaan-perusahaan yang akan menjadi sampel penelitian ini adalah INDF, MYOR, MLBI dan ROTI. Hasil penelitian ini ialah mengetahui kondisi perusahaan yang overvalued atau undervalued, Root mean square error digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat error terkecil dari tiga metode dan pilihan yang terbaik untuk melakukan valuasi saham, khususnya pada periode ini. Dividend discount model adalah metode yang mempunyai tingkat error terkecil diantara metode lainnya dalam metode ini. Kata Kunci: Discounted Cash Flow, Dividend Discount Model, Free Cash Flow, Nilai Intrinsik, Valuasi Saham
