Abstract

Banyak faktor keberhasilan seorang guru dalam mengajar, baik dalam pencapaian di dalam kelas dan juga di luar kelas begitu juga kegiatan sehari- hari yang berhubungan dengan lingkungan. Salah satu faktor yang sangat penting pengaruhnya adalah budaya sekolah, karena itu penulis ingin mengetahui pengaruh budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru Penjaskes. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 263 responden dan menggunakan Proportional stratified random sampling sehingga sampelnya adalah mendapatkan 39 responden. Pengujian menggunakan rumus Independent T Test, hasil analisis dari penelitian ini diperoleh Pengaruh Budaya Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru Penjaskes Se-Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat dengan nilai t hitung 2,043 > 1,685 dari t tabel maka dapat di simpulkan bahwa budaya sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru atau prestasi guru Penjaskes dalam pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: budaya sekolah, kinerja guru. There are many success factors for a teacher in teaching,both in achievements inside and outside the classroom as well as daily activities related to the environment. One of the factors that has a very important influence is school culture, therefore the author wants to know the influence of culture on the performance of Physical Education teachers. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach and data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population in this study was 263 respondents and used proportional stratified random sampling so that the sample got 39 respondents. The test uses the Independent T Test formula, the results of the analysis of this study are obtained because the t value is 2.043 > 1.685 from t table, it can be concluded that school culture effects teacher performance or physical education teacher achievement in learning.
