ABSTRAK HUBUNGAN PEMANFAATAN PERPUSTAKAAN SEKOLAH DENGAN MINAT BACA PENDIDIK DI SEKOLAH DASAR GUGUS RADEN IMBA II WAY KANDIS Oleh FRANSISKA AMBARWATI Masalah penelitian ini adalah rendahnya minat baca pendidik dilihat dari kunjungan perpustakaan disetiap sekolah semakin menurun. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah dengan minat baca pendidik di Sekolah Dasar Gugus Raden Imba II Way Kandis. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi berjumlah 158 dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 pendidik dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian, dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan sebesar 18,32% antara pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah dengan minat baca pendidik di sekolah dasar yang maknanya adalah hubungan antar keduannya bertaraf “cukup kuat”. Kata Kunci : minat baca, pendidik, pemanfaatan perpustkaan sekolah ABSTRACT THE RELATIONSHIP OF USE SCHOOL LIBRARY WITH INTEREST IN READING EDUCATIONS IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL RADEN IMBA II WAY KANDIS By Fransiska Ambarwati The problem of this research is the low interest in reading educators seen from library visits in each school is decreasing. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the use of the school library and the reading interest of educators at the Raden Imba II Way Kandis Elementary School. This type of research is correlational research with a quantitative approach. T he population is 158 and the research sample is 60 educators with the sampling technique using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire and documentation. The results of the study, by testing the hypothesis using the product moment correlation formula, showed that there was a positive and significant relationship of 18.32% between the use of the school library and the reading interest of educators in elementary schools, which means that the relationship between the two is "quite strong".
