Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Tugas dan peran manajemen Public Relati ons (PR) PT. Col umbus yang belum sepenuhnya dijalankan ol eh departemen Public Relat i ons (PR) perusahaan tersebut memicu kesenjangan komunikasi. Oleh karena i tu, peneli t ian ini bertuj uan untuk menget ahui kesenjangan perilaku komunikasi yang terj adi pada manajemen Public Relati ons (PR) PT. Col umbus Mul t i Sarana Lampung. Peneli t ian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kuali tat if . Teknik pengumpulan data y ang digunakan yai tu mengacu pada metode pengumpulan dat a observasi , wawancara, studi pustaka dan dokument asi . Data tersebut l alu di analisis dengan pemisahan data sekunder dan primer kemudian menggunakan teknik keabsahan data dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penari kan simpulan. Narasumber terlibat y ang diwawancarai yai tu stakehol ders yang berka i tan dengan PT. Col umbus Mul t i Sarana Lampung. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yai tu purposive sampling dan di perol eh narasumber sebanyak tiga (3) orang y ang terdi ri atas manager atau humas, kar yawan dan konsumen. Hasil peneli t ian menunjukan bahwa kesenjangan perilaku komunikasi PT. Col umbus Mul t i Sarana Lampung disebabkan ol eh Public Relat i ons (PR) yang dijalankan dalam perusahaan tersebut ternyat a bukan hanya dari departemen sendiri melainkan subdepartemen di bawah head market ing, terbatasnya kuant i tas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) Public Relati ons (PR) dari departemen market ing dengan lingkup kerja yang luas, serta kurang efektifnya tugas dan peran Public Relat i ons (PR) dan ti dak bisa dijalankan dengan baik ol eh staf / kar y awan dari depertemen l ain. Kata kunci : kesenjangan komunikasi , public relat ions, perilaku komuni kasi . ABSTRACT COMMUNICATION BEHAVIOR GAP (CASE STUDY OF PUBLIC RELATIONS (PR) MANAGEMENT PT. COLUMBUS MULTI SARANA LAMPUNG). By : I NENGAH SETAT 17026031008 Duties and roles of Public Relations (PR) management of PT. Columbus, which has not been fully implemented by the company's Public Relations (PR) Department, has triggered a communication gap. Therefore, this study aims to determine the gap in communication behavior that occurs in the management of Public Relations (PR) of PT. Columbus Multi Sarana Lampung. This study uses a case study method with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used refers to the data coll ection methods of observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. The data is then analyzed by separating secondary and primary data and then using data validity techniques with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The interviewees involved are stakeholde rs related to PT. Columbus Multi Sarana Lampung. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and obtained as many as three (3) resource persons consisting of managers or public relations, employees and consumers. The results showed that the gap in the communication behavior of PT. Columbus Multi Sarana Lampung is caused by the Public Relations (PR) that is run within the company, it turns out that it is not only from its own department but also a sub-department under the marketing head, the limited quantity of Human Resources (HR) Public Relations (PR) from the marketing department with the scope of work broad scope, and the ineffectiveness of the duties and roles of Public Relations (PR) and cannot be carried out properly by staff/employees from other departments.
