Estimation methods in statistics are used to obtain values from parameters in a model. The model that can measure the relationship of variables that cannot be measured directly with variables that can be measured directly is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study aims to determine the value of the parameter estimation of the Weighted Least Square (WLS) method on Structural Equation Modeling using Lisrel 8.8 software and analyze the influence between exogenous latent variables and endogenous latent variables. The data used is primary data from the results of a customer satisfaction survey at Pelangi Restaurant in Bandar Lampung. The results of this study indicate that customer satisfaction is influenced by service quality equal to 43%, food quality equal to 19%, and price quality equal to 27%. Keywords: Estimation method, Weighted Least Square, Structural Equation Modeling. Metode pendugaan dalam statistika digunakan untuk memperoleh nilai dari parameter dalam suatu model. Model yang dapat mengukur hubungan variabel yang tidak dapat diukur secara langsung dengan variabel yang dapat diukur secara langsung yaitu Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai estimasi parameter metode Weighted Least Square (WLS) pada Structural Equation Modeling menggunakan software Lisrel 8.8 serta menganalisis pengaruh antar variabel laten eksogen dan variabel laten endogen. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dari hasil survei kepuasan pelanggan di Rumah Makan Pelangi Bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian ini mengunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan sebesar 43%, kualitas makanan sebesar 19%, dan kualitas harga sebesar 27%. Kata kunci: Metode pendugaan, Weighted Least Square, Structural Equation Modeling.
