Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Tenaga kerja dalam melakukan aktivitasnya memiliki resiko terkena penyakit selama bekerja. Dalam Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 7 Tahun 2019 berisi mengenai perlindungan terhadap jenis-jenis penyakit akibat kerja. Di Indonesia jumlah penyakit akibat kerja yang diberikan Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja rata-rata hanya 25 kasus/tahun. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah:(1) Bagaimanakah Tinjauan Yuridis Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 7 Tahun 2019 Tentang Penyakit Akibat Kerja? (2) Faktor apa sajakah yang menjadi penghambat dalam pelaksanaan Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 7 Tahun 2019 Tentang Penyakit Akibat Kerja? Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dan empiris. Jenis data terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan studi pustaka dan studi lapangan dan selanjutnya dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan (1) Berdasarkan Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 7 Tahun 2019 Tentang Penyakit Akibat Kerja jenis penyakit yang disebabkan pajanan faktor yang timbul dari aktifitas pekerjaan, sistem target organ, kanker akibat kerja dan lainnya berhak mendapatkan Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja. Tahun 2020 yang mendapatkan Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja di Provinsi Lampung ada 958 kasus dan di Bandar Lampung belum ada kasus penyakit akibat kerja (2) Faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 7 Tahun 2019 Tentang Penyakit Akibat Kerja yaitu masih sulitnya mendiagnosis penyakit akibat kerja dan kurangnya pemahaman dari pekerja dan pemberi kerja bahwa adanya perlindungan mengenai penyakit akibat kerja Kata kunci : Tinjauan Yuridis, Peraturan Presiden, Penyakit Akibat Kerja ii ABSTRACT JURIDICAL REVIEW OF THE PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA NUMBER 7 OF 2019 CONCERNING OCCUPATIONAL DISEASES By GUSMADINI SAPUTRI Workers in carrying out their activities have a risk of contracting disease during work. In the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 7 of 2019, it contains protection against types of occupational diseases. In Indonesia, the number of occupational diseases that are provided with Work Accident Insurance is an average of only 25 cases/year. The problems in this study are: (1) What is the Juridical Review of the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 7 of 2019 concerning Occupational Diseases? (2) What are the factors that hinder the implementation of Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 7 of 2019 concerning Occupational Diseases? The research method used is normative and emperical juridical. The types of data used is primary data and secondary data. Data collection in this study was carried out by literature and field studies and analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that (1) Based on the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 7 of 2019 concerning Occupational Diseases, types of diseases caused by exposure to factors arising from work activities, target organ systems, work-related cancers and others are entitled to Work Accident Insurance. In 2020, there were 958 cases of Work Accident Insurance in Lampung Province and in Bandar Lampung there were no cases of accupational diseases (2) Factors obstacles in the implementation of the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 7 of 2019 concerning Occupational Diseases, that is still difficult to diagnose occupational diseases and the lack of understanding from workes and employers that there is protection regarding occupational diseases.
