Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of intellectual capital and intellectual capital disclosure on the company. The population in this research banking companies wich is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2018-2020 period. The of this research was taken by using purposive sampling. The analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The statistical test tool uses SPSS version 28. The results of this research indicates that intellectual capital has a negative influence on the financial performance. Intellectual capital dislosure has a positive influenced the company value. Keyword: Intellectual Capital (VAIC TM), Intellectual Capital Disclosure Index (ICDit), Corporate Value (Tobin’s Q) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pengaruh modal intelektual dan pengungkapan modal itelektual terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2018- 2020. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Alat uji Statistik menggunakan SPSS versi 28. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa modal intelektual tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, pengungkapan modal intelektual berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci : Modal Intelektual (VAIC TM), Pengungkapan Modal Intelektual (ICDit), Nilai Perusahaan (Tobin’s Q).
