Universitas Lampung adalah Universitas negeri pertama dan tertua di Provinsi Lampung, Hari jadi Unila ditetapkan pada tanggal 23 September 1965, berdasarkan pada keluarnya Surat Keputusan Menteri PTIP yang ditetapkan nya Unila. Tercatat banyaknya mahasiswa baru yang dari luar Bandar Lampung hingga mengharuskan mereka untuk berpindah dari daerah asalnya Keperluan tempat tinggal pun meningkat secara proposional. Tempat tinggal yang cocok bagi mahasiswa dan dapat disewakan secara sementara adalah indekos. Banyak Faktor yang mempengaruhi harga sewa indekos. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dilakukan penelitian yang bermaksud untuk mengkaji apakah parameter mempengaruhi harga sewa indekos Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi, dalam metode ini menggunakan parameter – parameter meliputi jarak indekos ke jalan utama dan lebar jalan dengan probabilitas sebesar 5% atau 0.05, sehingga H0 ditolak. Jadi, dapat diartikan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Jarak dan lebar jalan terhadap keputusan pembelian mahasiswa dalam memilih rumah kost. Dari uji model koefisien determinasi (R2) ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Jarak dan lebar jalan terhadap keputusan pembelian mahasiswa dalam memilih rumah kost, variabel bebas mampu menjelaskan variabel terikat sebesar 85,4 % secara bersama sedangkan terdapat sisa sebesar 14.6 % dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya di luar variabel bebas yang di teliti. Kata kunci : Unila, Indekos, Analisis Regresi, SPSS The University of Lampung is the first and oldest state university in Lampung Province, Unila's anniversary was set on September 23, 1965, based on the issuance of the Decree of the Minister of PTIP which stipulates the establishment of Unila. It was noted that many new students from outside Bandar Lampung required them to move from their home areas. The need for housing increased proportionally. A suitable place to live for students and can be temporarily rented is a boarding house. Many factors affect the price of boarding houses. Based on this, a research was conducted which intends to examine whether the parameters affect the rental price of the boarding house. This study uses a regression analysis method, in this method using parameters including the width of the road and the distance of the boarding house to the main road. Sampling used a field survey by taking 50 samples at random in Kampung Baru Village.The calculated F value > F table (137.512 > 3.186) with a probability of 5% or 0.05, so H0 is rejected. So, it can be interpreted that there is a significant effect between the variable width of the road and the distance to the main road and the coefficient of determination model test (R2) there is a significant effect between the variable distance and road width on the rental price of boarding houses, the independent variable is able to explain the dependent variable of 85, 4% together while there is a remainder of 14.6% explained by other variables outside the independent variables studied.
