Pandemi covid-19 melanda Indonesia dan berdampak cukup signifikan pada sektor perekonomian sehingga diperlukan kerja keras semua elemen termasuk Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah untuk melakukan pengawasan. Kota Bandar Lampung termasuk daerah yang salah satu pendapatan terbesarnya dari sektor pajak dan retribusi sehingga pada situasi ini sangat mengalami penurunan pada sektor pendapatan asli daerah karena banyak aktifitas perekonomian yang dibatasi pada saat pandemi covid-19. Pada situasi seperti ini seharusnya Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kota Bandar Lampung hadir sebagai lembaga legislatif melaksanakan fungsi pengawasan dan hak inisiatif untuk membantu pihak eksekutif untuk mencari solusi permasalahan perekonomian akibat dampak pandemi covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kinerja Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kota Bandar Lampung dalam pengawasan pengelolaan pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) dimasa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini melalui wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan dari indikator pada penelitian ini yaitu disiplin, tanggung jawab, inisiatif, serta efektifitas sudah cukup baik sehingga kinerja Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kota Bandar Lampung dalam pengawasan pengelolaan pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) dimasa pandemi covid-19 sudah cukup maksimal. Kata Kunci : Kinerja, Pengawasan, Pendapatan Asli Daerah The COVID-19 pandemic has hit Indonesia and has had a significant impact on the economic sector, so it takes hard work from all elements, including the Regional House of Representatives to carry out supervision. The city of Bandar Lampung is one of the areas where one of the largest revenues comes from the tax and levy sector, so in this situation, the local revenue sector has greatly decreased because many economic activities were limited during the COVID-19 pandemic. In a situation like this, the Bandar Lampung City Regional House of Representatives should be present as a legislative body carrying out its supervisory function and the right of initiative to assist the executive in finding solutions to economic problems due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the Bandar Lampung City Regional House of Representatives in supervising the management of local revenue (PAD) during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study through interviews. The results of this study are based on the indicators in this study, namely discipline, responsibility, initiative, and effectiveness, which are good enough so that the performance of the Bandar Lampung City Regional House of Representatives in supervising the management of local revenue (PAD) during the COVID-19 pandemic is quite maximal.
