ABSTRAK ANALISIS PENGEMBANGAN E-GOVERNMENT (STUDI E-MONEV BADAN PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN TAHUN 2021) Oleh Agung Saputra Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan sistem E- Monev Badan Perencanaan pembangunan Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan Tahun 2021 dan apa saja faktor utama yang mempengaruhi proses pengembangan yang dilakukan, dengan berdasarkan pada indikator sukses pengembangan E- Government dari United Nations Online Network in Public Administration and Finance yang menyesuaikan kondisi di Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan pengembangan E-Monev di Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan tahun 2021 terdapat 7 indikator yang memberikan pengaru besar dan kontribusi yang baik terhadap proses pelaksanaan kebijakan pengembangan E-Monev, yang diantaranya, indikator Ketersediaan pendanaan. Koordinasi. Kerangka hukum. Infrastruktur informasi teknologi. Kepemimpinan dan komitmen politis jangka panjang. Kesepakatan publik. dan yang terakhir indikator Monitoring dan evaluasi program Electronic Government. Ke-7 poin indikator tersebut merupakan indikator yang memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap jalannya implementasi kebijakan pengembangan E-Monev Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan untuk pengembangan tahun 2021 ini, hal ini dilihat dari sistem pelaksanaan kebijakan pengembangan yang dimana berdasarkan pada hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan telah memiliki potensi Sumber Daya yang mumpuni untuk implementasi kebijakan ini walaupun sepenuhnya belum berjalan dengan sempurna, dan juga dilihat dari sudut padang pada pengaruh yang ditimbulkan terhadap sistem manajemen pembangunan di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan yang untuk saat ini telah berjalan lebih baik dari tahun sebelumnya. Sedangkan untuk 3 indikator lainnya,seperti indikator Perencanaan untuk pengembangan SDM dan infrastruktur teknis. Keahlian dan budaya dari pelayanan masyarakat. dan Privasi dan keamanan dari transaksi. Berdarkan pada hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator tersebut tidak memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap implementasi kebijakan pengembangan sistem E-Monev. Kata kunci: Analisis Pengembangan E-Government, E-Monev Sumatera Selatan, 2021 ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF E-GOVERNMENT DEVELOPMENT (E-MONEV STUDY OF THE REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLANNING AGENCY OF SOUTH SUMATERA PROVINCE IN 2021) By : Agung Saputra This study aims to find out how the development of the E-Monev system for the Regional Development Planning Agency of South Sumatra Province in 2021 and what are the main factors that influence the development process carried out, based on the successful indicators of E-Government development from the United Nations Online Network in Public Administration and Finance that adjusts the conditions at the Regional Development Planning Agency of South Sumatra Province. The results showed that the implementation of the E-Monev development policy at the Regional Development Planning Agency of South Sumatra Province in 2021 contained 7 indicators that had a major influence and good contribution to the process of implementing the E-Monev development policy, which included the availability of funding indicators. Coordination. Legal framework. Information technology infrastructure. Long term leadership and political commitment. Public agreement. and the last indicator is Monitoring and evaluation of the Electronic Government program. The 7 indicator points are indicators that have a major influence on the implementation of the E-Monev development policy of the Regional Development Planning Agency of South Sumatra Province for development in 2021, this can be seen from the system of implementing development policies which based on the results of the study show that The Regional Development Planning of the South Sumatra Province already has the potential of qualified resources for the implementation of this policy, although it has not yet been fully implemented, and also from the perspective of the influence it has on the development management system in South Sumatra Province, which for now has been running better. from the previous year. As for the other 3 indicators, such as the Planning indicator for human resource development and technical infrastructure. Community service skills and culture. and Privacy and security of transactions. Based on the results of the study, it shows that these indicators do not have a major influence on the implementation of the E-Monev system development policy.
