Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Pelaksanaan Pilkada Kota Bandar Lampung 2020 terlihat berbeda dengan pelaksanaan pilkada pada umunya karena dilaksanakan pada kondisi yang kurang normal yaitu akibat adanya pandemi covid 19 yang tengah terjadi di Indonesia termasuk juga Kota Bandar Lampung. Oleh karena itu, masyarakat harus memiliki sikap untuk dapat menentukan tindakan yang akan dilakukan guna melakukan upaya pelaksaksanaan Pilkada dimasa pandemi covid19 yang terjadi khususnya di Kota Bandar Lampung, hal ini sesuai dengan tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Sikap dan partisipasi Pemilih Terhadap Pemilihan Kepala Daerah 2020/2021 di Masa Pandemi Covid 19 (Studi Kecamatan Panjang Kota Bandar Lampung) Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tipe penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sikap dan partisipasi Pemilih terhadap Pemilihan Kepala Daerah 2020/2021 di masa pandemi Covid 19 (Studi Kecamatan Panjang Kota Bandar Lampung) dapat dikatakan positif atau mendukung hal ini didukung dengan adanya pemenuhan indikator yaitu aspek kognitif atau pengetahuan telah berjalan maksimal dengan pengetahuan masyarakat yang mayoritas tahu akan pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan pada pilkada 2020. Aspek Afektif (Perasaan), dari sisi terjadinya pandemi menunjukkan perasaan takut namun hal ini menjadi positif karena memang aspek Konatif (Tindakan) masyarakat sepenuhnya mendukung adanya pelaksanaan pilkada walupun dimasa pandemi. sedangkan untuk aspek partisipasi pemilih pada pilkada 2020 di kecamatan panjang mencapai kategori yangtinggi dikarenakan DPT dengan jumlah mayoritas yang diteliti memberikan jawaban yang baik dan ikut mendukung pelaksanaan pilkada walaupun terjadi di masa pandemi Kata Kunci : Afektif, Covid, Sikap Pemilih, Kognitif , Konatif, Pilkada. The implementation of the 2020 Bandar Lampung City Pilkada looks different from the general election because it is carried out in less normal conditions, namely due to the COVID-19 pandemic that is happening in Indonesia, including Bandar Lampung City. Therefore, the public must have the attitude to be able to determine the actions that will be taken in order to make efforts to implement the regional elections during the covid19 pandemic that occurred especially in the city of Bandar Lampung, this is in accordance with the objectives to be achieved in this study, namely to determine the attitudes and participation of voters towards Regional Head Election 2020/2021 during the Covid 19 Pandemic Period (Study of Panjang Subdistrict, Bandar Lampung City) The research method used is a descriptive research type with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the attitude and participation of voters towards the 2020/2021 Regional Head Election during the Covid 19 pandemic (the Panjang Subdistrict Study in Bandar Lampung City) can be said to be positive or support this, supported by the fulfillment of indicators, namely the cognitive aspect or knowledge has been running optimally with knowledge. the majority of people know about the implementation of health protocols in the 2020 elections. The affective aspect (feelings), in terms of the occurrence of a pandemic, shows a feeling of fear but this is positive because the Conative (action) aspect of the community fully supports the implementation of the election even during the pandemic Meanwhile, for the aspect of voter participation in the 2020 Pilkada in Panjang sub-district, it reached a high category because the DPT with the majority studied gave good answers and helped support the implementation of the Pilkada even though it occurred during the pandemic.
